Tried to make flu shot appointment here and accidentally scheduled at the Fred Meyer. Checkers were both extremely rude, didn’t know the address of this store or the Fred Meyer, claimed to have no availability or any more flu shots and that they no longer took my insurance and the flu shot would be $180 even though there are signs throughout the store saying it’s free . Very unhelpful and unpleasant experience, will not be transferring prescriptions here.

My husband and I have been using this pharmacy for all of our prescription needs for the past few years and have nothing but praise for them. While yes, things were a little slow during the pandemic height, that's *completely* understandable and they've definitely gotten up-to-speed over the past year and a half so that we barely need to wait for any Rx. They're also incredibly kind and nice to speak to, regardless of who we work with there (any tech or pharmacist).Today we just both got our flu shots and I can't believe how overworked the staff were. Pharmacist Faith and the tech were beyond busy and we saw how customers would come up and complain about things when clearly there was not much else the two staff could do. (4 hands can only do so much at one time). Thank you, Faith, and everyone else there for working as hard as you do to help the community. We appreciate you. (And thank you for the Nemo band-aids, that made my day) ;)

Only the freshest bread here at QFC! The store is clean, employees do a good job of keeping everything tidy.

The slowest and rudest pharmacy ever! They said my doctor didn’t provide them enough information and refused to proceed my prescription. But the other pharmacy proceeded with my prescription with no problem. When communicated with the pharmacist about this situation, no help but me and my doctor was blamed.

I hated working here as an employee. Customers demeaned employees like they were nothing. I got cussed at a lot and heavily disrespected by both employees and customers. I was no more than a servant working here.

Pharmacist was very rude. I simply called them to ask a question and was immediately told I was going to be put on hold and that next time not to call the doctors line. I didn’t realize calling to inquire about a new pharmacist to have a prescription sent to was calling a doctors line when that is the only number they provide.

I just love this store and all the employees. Its a smaller store so its easy to get in and out quickly. Great meat dept - especially the Kalbi Steak which is a family favorite.And now they open super early with their summer hours! 5am - 12am.

Rude pharmacist. Not appreciative of the way I've been treated not only once, but on several occasions. Don't waste you're time being told "regardless what you want to do". Absolutely unprofessional.

Do not shop here if you are disabled! On 4 separate occasions in the last 3 months I have tried to shop here. I am disabled, so I absolutely need a motorized cart, or I cannot shop. They have two carts, but all 4 times, I began to use one and 2 minutes after I got in, the cart ran out of juice as did the 2nd cart, so I had to leave the store without being able to shop. I will never try again at this location. Plus a couple employees seemed very rude when I asked about the carts. The store looks beautiful-- the produce section looks gorgeous. but I will never be able to shop here.
