We drove by the storage and just stopped in to see the available units, we needed to store items and rented a smaller size but also added our name for the large size unit wait list.
Everything from signing up to the friendly greeting and knowledgeable rep was amazing. He made the difference in us signing up. He to be a long renter.
Appreciate the location which is close to my home.

I chose this storage location because of the positive Google reviews, and I am glad that I did. The two staff members with whom I have worked, Austin and Gordon, have both made everything so easy since we starting using this storage location a few months ago.First, Gordon made the process of renting a unit initially seamless, and also easily set up their moving van rental (which comes free for the first use, a great benefit), when we moved in. It was a super easy process and Gordon was very professional and friendly.Then, later on, I again rented the van, this time to pick up some furniture, and Austin helped out with that and made everything just as easy and seamless. He even stayed later on his shift as I was delayed coming back due to traffic. He went above and beyond and was very friendly.Finally, I had the same positive experience when upgrading our unit to a larger size, which was also effortless.In sum, I am very glad that I chose this location, even though it was not the closest to our home, as the service here has been excellent.

Exceptionally clean storage facility!I've never had any issues while renting here. The manager here is awesome and all of the employees always helpful and friendly. The building, parking lot, and storage units are safe and very secure.HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! ??

Moving is stressful! Dave made it so much better with his encouragement, professionalism and support! He patiently helped me decide on the best unit for my needs, walked me through the entry process, and couldn't have been more friendly and understanding. It is rare to find someone who loves what he does, and appreciates the difference he can make for his customers in something as simple as a storage unit! The facility is clean, brightly lit, well maintained, and the office hours are more generous than most. Dave made the move-in / move-out process painless, and even enjoyable! Highly recommended!

Cant say enough about Dave who helped us through the process of renting storage space. He explained everything we needed to know, took us on a tour of the immaculate facility and he explained everything clearly. His attitude was positive and he patiently and thoroughly answered all of our questions.Premiere is a great facility with a great employee
