I went to Issaquah Petco to shop for harness and lease for my small ShihTzu. I didn’t know her needed size or how to put on some harnesses. I asked for help from Tony the employee and got the most thoughtful care I have received in a long while. He not only took the time to actually fit my baby but also pointed out pros and cons due to her size.
Mr. Manager, you have an excellent employee in TONY!

I went to Petco a few times in the last 3 weeks to setup my new 29 gallon fish tank, the crews were very patient and knowledgeable, they gave me good advice like I had to cycle the tank for two weeks before buying fishes. The overall experience is very good, the only problem is the shortage of the fishes, their stock for snail and Pleco is low, hope they can get more varieties and stock as Petco is close to my home town

Short on stock, refused to take a $100 bill telling me my money was too old. I literally got it from the bank 5 minutes before I went into the store. I no longer shop there. I prefer to do business with small local company's now instead of big corporate conglomerate such as these if I could give them a negative star I would.

I went in with questions due to my cat having a UTI. Tanner was able to help my family with great suggestion for kibbles. He asked questions to better support. Forever greatful for his help today!

I came in for a new fish tanks plants and the plant here was looking unhealthy and dry. Do not recommend for aquatic plants.

A wonderful young man helped us return a too feisty fish and get a replacement, he was so nice. Store is clean, and fish were super healthy.

We had a great experience buying our daughter’s leopard gecko! The staff was extremely helpful, nice and knowledgeable! The store was really busy but they took the time to explain everything to us and made sure we had all the information and accessories we needed.
