I am extremely disappointed with the service at this establishment. We had made an appointment for our dog's grooming half a month in advance for Friday afternoon at 2:30. However, on the day of the appointment, it was abruptly cancelled, citing the manager's personal reason. Shockingly, we received no call or text to inform us of the cancellation. We only found out upon arriving at the store. This lack of communication wasted our time and left us feeling frustrated and inconvenienced. We will definitely not be choosing this place again.

Around two weeks ago, I purchased four fish, a tank and supplies. The girl who helped me was sweet and gave me a lot of advice on which fish that I could keep together. She did not tell me how to start up a new tank and unfortunately I lost three of the fish. I went back the next day for fish supplies and let them know that my three fish died, but I didn't want to get new ones because I wanted to work on the health of my tank. They gave me credit for those fish and I went on my way. Today I went back and saw the same girl and she told me that I should get a female beta because I currently have a female beta and they house well together. I went back to the tanks with my daughter, and while we were looking at the fish, a curly headed heavy set guy stepped in front of us. He said we were in his way. Not nicely at all--he was nowhere to be seen when we first approached the tanks. I asked for help getting a female beta. He asked me how big my tank was to which I told him it's 5 gallons and he said it wasn't big enough for two beta. Fish tanks are expensive and I felt it wasn't appropriate for him to tell me what size tank is suitable for the fish. He isn't a fish expert. I let him know the woman who helped me last time was here and I wanted her to help me. He then butted in again trying to tell me what I needed to do. Almost to the extent that he was saying I would not be getting a fish today-- but without saying it. I let him know I have done a lot of research and have gotten my fish tank healthy and felt it was time to add fish. I then said I didn't care if it was a beta or not. I just wanted another fish so that my fish had a friend. He proceeded to tell me that again my tank was too small, I've seen a lot more fish in smaller tanks than the one that I have. I wasn't trying to overcrowd my tank or stress the fish out. I just wanted two. Well-one today. They literally have 25 to 30 fish swimming around in a 10 gallon. I feel like if Petco really cared about the ongoing lifespan of their fish they would let people know all of the products needed for a fish tank in the beginning so I wouldn't have lost the first three that I had purchased. I wish I had gotten the guys name but that's why I have resorted to description but he wasn't kind and just seemed in a bad mood from the moment we had to interact saying we were in his way. I wish the first girl I've been working with was able to help me, she was sweet. My betta I picked out has adapted super well and I feel like my first betta is less bored/lonely. Female beta can be housed together. It's called a sorority!!!!

As Soon As I walked in, a young HS age clerk asked if I wanted anything. So Cust. Serv is great. But They had the wrong pic for a Parakeet. Boxes and Cart were Blocking both aisles leading to the Parakeet Supplies and Birds.

Zoe is the absolute BEST!!! Been looking for a groomer for three years and she is hands down the best and our pup always looks amazing and he LOVES her!!

Wife made appointment here, we've been using Banfield for years, first time at the grooming, was standing for 15 minutes with my dog before someone noticed me. When I expressed concern to the person who asked if I had been helped, she got an attitude and asked if I wanted to speak to her manager. If someone cannot express frustration for poor service/customer service, how can you expect my business, after all, there are SO many other grooming places to go. We will be finding another spot for veterinary needs as well as never coming into this or even considering PETCO for grooming again. ciao!

If you want to quite literally RUIN your dog, go to Petco grooming. They only cut one side of my dogs head (pictures for proof) and when I called to ask if they could fix it or refund so that I can go elsewhere to have it fixed they told me that there is nothing they can do. $100 down the drain.I could have done a better job myself, even if I was blindfolded. Horrible experience, horrible customer service.

Really pleased with the job Jasmine did grooming our pooch, Sammy. Our dog can be a bit of a challenge she was very patient and gentle with him. And the brushing and cut she gave him was perfect!! My family was so excited to snuggle the dog when her came back from his appointment. Definitely will be back. Thank you Jasmine!

If I could give this a zero stars I would. The service is horrible and the manager Aaron is just as unprofessional and should be fired. For the manager to hang up in my face after they didn't finish services on my dog is ridiculous. I don't understand who put her in a management role. I took both of my dogs to the grooming for the first time there and the service was horrible I spent over $100 just for one of my dog to be there for over 8 hours and not even dry. The groomer claim he was scared of the blow dryer which is insane to me because he gets groomed all the time and never had a problem with being blow dried. When I arrived to pick him up he was soaked and looked horrible, The groomer said I can come back and get a free service due to my dog not even being completed and when I try to do so they come up with every excuse in the book not to finish my dog services that they still made me pay for and never completed. I would not recommend!! These groomers are not experienced and the manager Aaron there seems like they need management training as well. This whole store overall needs a visit from corporate. He looked so horrible I didn't even want to take a pictures after his grooming appointment but now I regret it because what they had done to my boy was definitely one for the books. I will definitely take this L but want to tell everyone about my experience, Don't recommend.

One of the worst experience that I got on a groomer. I decided to have a try to get my dog groomed in this location for the first time today (Sunday, May 22, 2022). The groomer, a lady that I didn’t remember the name, took my dog to be groomed. After 15 mins, she suddenly call me to come back and take my dog, quoting that “my dog keeps on crying when I tried to groom him.” she also kept on complaining that the other dog that she was handling were crying too. So she decided that my dog was too much too handle and returned him back to me. I have tried I can say more than 6 different groomers around the Seattle area, and this is the first time that I got this kind of feedback. The thing that rubbed me the wrong way was the way that she was also complaining about the other dog, and the fact that she had more than one dog crying at the same time under her service speaks more about her than the dogs. I will not be coming back and I will not recommend anyone coming to this location unless they have different groomers or you have a really really calm dog that you can be sure will not be a “burden” for the groomer. Unbelievable.

I bought two Canadian goose for my dogs, I asked the cashier if I can come change it to different size the following day he said YES, I went the following day he suggest me to go to different PETCO, I went to PETCO Factorial. I always use my number when I purchase anything or any groaning, when the ask me a number the never find what I bought which was weird, I phone the manager who was male guy, he was rude, unprofessional and was laughing when I ask me questions, I don't understand why people like that work in customer services, ai ask him a name three times he never answer, he said he name was PET SMART which was weird and he never help me, he just hangout before I even finish talking. Very disappointed.

Called to get an appointment for my 2 dogs to get groomed. They were booked out 2+ months. I said okay and made the appointment. About a month later they called and said the groomer hurt her back and couldn't groom large dogs and had to reschedule my dogs for another groomer. That pushed the appointment another 2 weeks. Now, a few days before the appointment they send a text saying they have canceled all grooming appointments and closed the salon. Horrible service and ridiculously poor management from the store.

Took my dog here because our usual Petco had no available appointment. I usually get a bath and brush and sanitary shave and leg hair trim. I tried to show the groomer there what I needed and she kept saying she has it in her records from the other Petco and didn't pay much attention to me. Then she shaves my dog down to his undercoat all over. I was so mad when I saw him. Complained to the supervisor who also could not care less. They just refunded me the cost of the grooming. I told them if his coat doesn't grow back they are responsible and they said"uha". I just called our usual Petco to book a grooming appointment and the person told me the pervious groomer has put a note in our records not to provide service for my dog. That he bites and does not like to be groomed!!!! Instead of admitting their mistake and taking responsibility, they are blaming the poor dog who was subjected to their treatment. Will never go there again!
