The sales people are very informative and helpful. I am always greeted when I come in and can find things I need. If not, they are happy to order it for me. My dog is picky and they helped me find a new food she likes.

I like to support local businesses, but I am considering not supporting this one any longer. I was at the store this past weekend, and one of the employees, Lexi was extremely rude to me. I had questions about the annual sale and other conflicting stickers at the store and she had a very rude and condescending tone and basically told me I should’ve read the promotions email and come prepared. Very unpleasant experience. I stayed very polite through the entire interaction, but I was shocked to be treated so rudely. I expect customer service to answer the questions I might have.
