Back in March 2024. I was road tripping through PNW with my friend and was heading back to Utah when my check engine light came one. O’Reilly was fast at assisting and diagnosing my cars issue and referring us to shops near by to get help. They made the situation easier to deal with. I high recommend this location!!

Absolutely the best!! Greg went out of his way to be helpful and informative. Helped me with a diagnostic issue that I was dealing with (by testing for the code)...not only explained what possibly needed to be done, but gave me detailed printouts and suggested mechanics in the area that were reasonable in price (I know that they were legitimately good companies because I've used them before and was thoroughly satisfied with the service I received, e.g. Stingray in Redmond). Very very trustworthy. Other service people who were there also asked if I needed assistance when Greg was with other customers, no one was idle...very happy with this store!

Cassandra is my angel today! My car wouldn't start at lunch. Figured I needed a new battery. Walked over and got one but saw Cassandra helping someone else outside to check if their battery and I asked about it and it can check the battery, alternator and starter. I noted this but figured I would start with the battery since I could change it myself, mine had some corrosion and was getting older anyway and least costly repair. I was proud of myself for changing my battery but still wouldn't start. I walked back over to O'Reilly and asked if she wouldn't mind walking over to my car to check it. She happily came to help and knew her stuff. Pretty quickly knew it was the starter that was out. She even tried to jump start it for me but that didn't work.
She recommended Automeister to me and they really took care of me. They were able to get me in same day and back on the road.
I am a single mom with no support here and often feel isolated and alone. I want to feel a community presence and like we all care about each other. That's vanishing in this world.
I really felt community today from Cassandra at O'Reilly's who recommended me here after helping me figure out the issue to Zack at Clark's towing company that got me to the repair shop(though $260 to go 1.3 miles was an ouch) and to Alan for being an all around amazing person. I can't tell you how much I appreciate all of you and how much you have made me feel like humanity may still have a chance.
Kindness matters so much and I thank you from the bottom of my heart.

JOHN IS AN ANGEL if you have a buick especially, john was so helpful and lovely and answered all of our stupid questions with a smile!!!!!! also for all the girlies, they treated us very fairly and there was no suspicion of scamming :) over the phone he said he was gonna clock in at 12 and we got there at 12:05 and he helped us immediately (sorry john but thank you so much) 5 STARS WOOHOO

John is truly exceptional, particularly if you own a Buick. He was incredibly supportive and kind, addressing all our questions, no matter how simple, with a cheerful demeanor. Additionally, for all the women out there, we were treated with utmost fairness, and there was no hint of dishonesty :) When he mentioned he'd start his shift at 12, we arrived slightly after at 12:05, and he attended to us right away (our apologies, John, but we're so grateful). Absolutely a 5-star experience!
