Nice selection at different comfort levels and price ranges, lots of different Tempur-Pedic models to choose from. Lucy was super helpful. We were in and out in about 30 minutes and even snagged a discounted premium model, saving us about half of what we normally would have spent. Our mattress was in stock at the local warehouse and able to be delivered the next day. Overall really happy with our experience.

What wonderful customer service! I had a great time working with Kristiana, she truly understands all the layers that make up a bed. I learned so much who knew about all this new sleep technology. Well, kristiana did! my lower back is going to be thankful and I'm going to rest easy knowing I bought my mattress from the Issaquah location.

I had a great first experience with Mattress Firm in Gilman! Kristiana made my first time getting a mattress a fun and easy one. She had a lot of knowledge and listened to my needs. I bought my mattress and can't wait to use it!

Had a great experience shopping for a new mattress! Sleep expert Eve was so helpful asking questions about our sleep preferences, helping us test multiple options, giving us plenty of time, and being super patient as we made our decision. Super fast shipping as well!

My husband and I had a great buying experience here, we bought a mattress in 2021 and have loved it. But I do not feel now, that I was told the truth after buying a $6000 bed about all the stipulations of my beds warranty. I'm fairly not pleased about it after contacting temperpedics warranty department.Sonny told me if we were to ever have issues with our bed that temperpedic would assist us, and they have strict rules about how much they will help, I paid for the top of the line mattress and instead of helping me they wanted me to spend thousands on a discounted mattress instead of honoring a free replacement.So I'm fairly upset, after buying all the bells and whistles that I was sold a partial lie.

What an amazingly beautiful, talented phenomenal woman and angel to all mankind, Kristiana!! Everyone needs to be acquainted with her! She took very good care and of me during my visit at the Issaquah Commons Mattress Frim location!! I am very pleased with my new bed and can’t wait to try it out!!! Adore you all!In addition, I very much appreciate Kristiana being considerate to take my call and answer questions about my purchase, on this very busy President’s Day. I’m so hopeful and excited about sharing this company with my entire community and the senior center. Some seniors in the neighborhood have already inquired about this stellar company from sales to delivery! I promise to share more about the awesome product and how it performs…. Eva and Kristiana were great and very service oriented. They were knowledgeable about the purple mattresses and helped me choose the best suitable products for our needs & preferences. It’s been 3 weeks and we love the bed and adjustable bed frame! I even lik the pillow! My neck is much better!

Best customer experience ever. Lucy gave me a tour of all the mattresses that I was looking for. She patiently explained everything about the mattress and adjustable bed base. She gave me space to try everything but was right there to answer my questions. When I decided to buy a outlet mattress, she also helped me lock in one in their inventory quickly, and get all the paperwork done in under 20mins. I truly appreciate her wonderful personality & professionalism. So excited for my new mattress and bed base! Thank you Lucy!
