The service and quality at Marlow’s has always been amazing!We purchased a platinum diamond engagement ring and band through another retailer and brought it to Marlow’s for resizing. They were able to provide an immediate (reasonable) quote and intake my rings that day. The work was completed earlier than estimated, and with beautiful results. Beyond that Marlow’s has happily performed complimentary setting checks and cleanings ever since. I can’t begin to tell you what a relief it is to have a trust worthy jeweler to keep a watchful eye on everything!The experience influenced my decision to purchase my husband’s wedding band through Marlow’s. We similarly received wonderful service, including ordering multiple sizes to make sure he ended out with the perfect size and weight. The cost was more than reasonable for the quality and service provided to properly fit.We will definitely be returning for future purchases!

Debbie and her staff were so friendly and helpful today. I came in with my daughter today, who was having ear pain due to her ear piercing from 4 years ago (somewhere else). We are visiting from out of town and I was searching for a knowledgeable jeweler and piercer who could help figure out how to help my daughter. She helped us diagnose what was wrong and how to help it. She was so sweet to my daughter who was a bit nervous. She gently cleaned my daughter’s ear, the new earrings, with longer stems, got them in smoothly,and even gave us a bottle of solution to help keep the hole clean. She was so kind and helpful I asked her another random question. I had second holes done 20 years ago but stopped wearing earring a few years after that. One hole is still open but the other was closed half way. She expertly and patiently was able to get my earring in pretty much pain-free. I’m so appreciative for her help with both our situations and during such a busy time for them (right before Christmas). Oh so grateful.

Brought in my wedding band and engagement ring on a Wednesday - my wedding band needed to be rounded out and my engagement ring needed the center stone tightened. The staff was friendly collecting my information and told me they'd call me with an estimate either Friday or Tuesday. I called the following Wednesday since I hadn't heard back yet and was told they would definitely call me by the end of the day. Finally, the next Tuesday (nearly two weeks after receiving my rings!) they called with an estimate - $195 for the e-ring and $150 for my wedding band. This pricing was much higher than I'd anticipated, so I declined their services and brought my rings to a different jeweler down the road. There, they brought my band back and fixed it on the spot, handed it back to me with no charge. I'm paying them $170 total to fix my centerstone and polish both rings. And of course, this estimate was given to me before I left the store, not two weeks later.Really disappointed by the over-priced estimate and looong wait period just to hear back with this estimate. I recommend you bring your business elsewhere

This is family-owned business for many years in Issaquah.Parking is good and free in this stripmall next to QFC.I went in for a watchband to get fitted. They have an inside service technician and usually do their work on Tuesdays.My watch was done on time and at a reasonable price. Loved that the invoice they game me had the picture of my watch that was getting worked on as well as the watch I was using as a guide. It was tuned perfectly.I'll come back to shop!Midas 5-stars for the quality care, friendly and professional staff.

1. They raised the price of the wedding band we bought by nearly 30% after we had already put down a deposit. Reason given was that "the system is weird"2. Ring delivery times took >3 weeks longer than initially told with no reasoning, explanation, or communication. When we called to check on status we were asked to come in to specify engraving details, which we already had done two weeks prior. Genuinely just seemed like they had forgotten about our order.Overall a poor experience.

Dropping off your favorite pierces of jewelry is never easy especially if you have never done business with that vendor.I needed one of my rings repainted and Marlow's was recommended It was a great experience.Marlow's did a great job of taking picture of the item, giving me a receipt of drop off and having the jeweler evaluate the ring. Within couple days I received a call with the cost of repair. The price was fair and the timeline of repair was fast!The rings original design needed to be redone, Marlow essentially had to build me a new ring and it was well worth going to them. The ring turned out wonderfully and I no longer fear of diamonds falling out.Also, their jewelry selection at the store is fun, you can find a well priced gift or a new piece to add to your collection.

I love Marlow's! They are so friendly & welcoming, and did a fabulous job re-sizing my rings. I was nervous to leave my ring with them since emeralds are delicate, but my ring came back safe and sound & polished beautifully. Although it was sized down almost 2 sizes, it looks great which is a testament to the jeweler's craftsmanship & skills. I trust Marlow's with my most treasured pieces and will be back. Bonus, they have the sweetest dog who instantly brightens anyone's day.

A great selection of pieces at a wide range of prices, and very friendly staff. I came in with my two kids (5 and 8) looking for Christmas presents from kids to mom, and wound up selecting two nice pieces for about $40 and $100. While they packaged that up, I browsed around and saw many nice pieces ranging from simple to very ornate and beautiful with large gemstones. I thought it was a very nice, well curated collection, although obviously tastes vary. Multiple people helped us out with a smile and friendly conversation, and they didn't blink when I said I didn't want to spend very much. I'm definitely going to come back for future occasions.

I had my engagement ring repaired here recently and I can’t say enough great things about the experience at Marlow's. They repaired my ring and it looks better than ever! The owner was very kind and she gave me good advice about future care for my ring. It was a quick turn around time and very fairly priced. It seems like it’s a family business too, which I love.. Support small businesses! I’ll be back for any future jewelry needs. Highly recommended Marlow’s!

I came to Marlow's looking for a custom piece with high expectations based on recommendations and online reviews. When I arrived and rang the bell, I was ignored until a customer let me in. I wasn't greeted by anyone for quite a while. I realize that I need to make an appointment to discuss custom work, but I wanted to check out the store and get some info about the design process and time line. The woman was incredibly dismissive and condescending. I left the store feeling like a burden instead of a valued customer. I will not be back.

What a remarkable store! I came in to get a watch strap replaced, and thought that while I was at it, I'd bring about a dozen pocket watches from my collection (for absolutely no reason at all. I think one of them needs a battery. The rest were wind- ups and I was starving for anyone to care that timepieces like this exist and are totally underrated.) The owners of the store were both in, and they both treated my with such respect and kindness. I could have stayed in there for hours (and I would have had I driven there myself.) Marlow's has amazing estate jewelry... Absolutely stunning pieces that you won't find anywhere else. They put a new strap on my wrist watch and a great battery in my pocket watch in a matter of minutes. I moved 50 miles north, and I have missed this store! Highly recommend for all of your jewelry needs!
