New owners as about a year ago. These folks do a great job, and I'm a picky/high maintenance/demanding customer. They get to know you and start anticipating your needs. That kind of customer service is rare and I really appreciate them for this family run business. And no, they didn't incentive me to write this, if you look at my other reviews, you will see I'm picky and a tough one to please.

2 people taking passport photos, asked for 10 printed out copies, costing a total of 60$……. For real ??? +5$ per 2 inch photo? And the clerk didn’t even warn us about the price? Terrible experience, ruined my day, should have gone to FedEx

I was overcharged for my mailbox. When I brought this to the store's attention the woman helping me just shrugged and said she didn't know why I was overcharged and couldn't do anything about it. Then I asked for some help with scanning and emailing some documents and she said she was too busy. Very nice and friendly but unbelievably useless.

Perfection!! They print, they mail, and they notarize and do it all with dedication and professionalism. Sure, there can be the occasional line and they charge slightly more than the 'big guys' but printing something at the FedEx center has usually been an underwhelming experience. So Mail Clinic is my new go-to store for specialty work or when I need perfect results, thanks guys!!

Service here was excellent. Two people sized up my items for just the right sized box. Offered several different options. The woman who typed in my order did an excellent job and was very friendly. Surprised at such great service from a mail store!!!

Some of the bad reviews at this business was due to the previous owner. I think the current owners Kelly and David bought it in 2021 or so. They are the nicest friendliest people that you'll ever meet. In fact, all the staff are really nice. If you want to avoid the crowd at USPS, you can just come here to ship out your items. They also have mailbox services and notary services as well. It's a great mom and pop business in the area.
