I live in Burbank, California, but I come up to Seattle area to visit family a lot. I met Lydia on one of my trips, since she cuts my sister's hair. For the past couple of years, I've been saving my haircuts, and more recent, my coloring, for when I come to Seattle so that I can go to Lydia. She does a great job with my very fine, long-time dyed hair. I'm always very happy with my results. She also tells me how to style so that I can keep my haircut looking good at home. You can schedule with Lydia online, but since I come from out of town, she has sometimes worked me into her schedule via email. So flexible and accommodating! She has also introduced me to hair products I love. I know it's not just marketing, because she knows that I'm not able to purchase them from the salon - I can't take them back in my carry-on. I don't know what people normally pay for haircuts in Seattle area, but compared to LA, I find her cost to be very reasonable. I recommend her highly!

Lydia is the best hairdresser ever. She always gives mr just the haircut I want. It lasts and the color she does for me is always great. If I want a change in color next time she listens, adjusts it.

Lydia has been doing my hair for several years now. She is a colorist, and I always get the color I want. Also, I have not had anyone better than Lydia for hair styles in years. My hair is very thick and straight, and somehow she finds the right cut that is attractive, yet easy to take care of myself. Also, she is a great person.

Ms. Lydia has been cutting my hair for over 10 years now and this review is way overdue! She's seen me through short, medium-length and long hair styles, including coloring, coiffing, and spiffing me up for special events and occasions. If your cut and style still looks great, weeks afterward when it's growing out, such that people still compliment you on your cut and style ... keep that stylist - and for me, that's Ms. Lydia. Highly recommended, readily referred!

Lydia is the greatest hair stylist ever! With over 23 years of experience, she knows how to cater to everyone's style. I've been seeing her for years! And this quiet space she has now is perfect!
