New payment system totally contactless yay! Great system. They'd be perfect if they could take the Milwaukee contract from Home Depot. Then I wouldn't have to go to Home Depot.
Please restock recessed light conversion kits. They're essential for certain jobs.

The manager of the store, Chi, is pretty creepy, the people who worked there were lovely though. I feel bad for them they have to deal with that boss. He made a girl in the garden center cry and walk off shift, and she was the only one working there at the time. No wonder there was no one else working in the garden center.... Guy was literally red, huffing and puffing, and berrating her... he was about twice her size and age. I would run. ?♀️ I'll just go to a different store.

Purchased an Allen and Roth 32" Deep Fire Pit 4/29/2023. Used it twice last season, took the cover off yesterday and the whole bottom of the Fire pit was orange from Rust. Made for outside, comes with a cover was under the eaves. Very poor quality. Lowes said it was under warranty for 3 years, call Allen and Roth, (6 tries getting the right number) They said it was 1 year warranty. They were not willing to do a thing. On the Lowes site 7% of the reviews were 1 star and for mostly the same reason I am writing this. Lowes was also not willing to step up either. Garbage product. I would avoid this product for something that will hold up longer. Here is the skew #4083934

I'm shocked to have to report that there is no way to give 0 stars. After spending over an hour waiting to get glass cut, because nobody wanted to cut it, we got to spend another 45 minutes trying to check out because the cashier hates his job and is poorly trained and the managers were too bothered to come help him.
If Home Depot cut glass we'd never go back.

Very long lines. Slow cashier to blame. We buy from Lowes because we like the 5% cc discount. Usually we have products delivered.

Poor inventory and selection. Over the years the selection has really dwindled. Oftentimes the Renton store will have the items in stock but not the Issaquah store. Many of the staff, not the old timers, are very uninformed.

This is the biggest Lowes I have ever been in. They have a glass cutting station for custom fit applications and every department seems bigger than any other Lowes I've seen.
Other than that, this is a typical big chain Hardware / Lumber outfit
