Lowe's contractors are solid, just make sure that all red is not one of the companies doing business for your HVAC project.There are some good people at Allred.However, Matt Allred and his wife stole over one million dollars from me and my family after promising us partnership for years of underpaid devotion.Matt lied to his own brothers wife.Yes, I can prove it. Greedy, lying scumbags that hide behind their cultiish Mormonism.

I stopped in Issaquah Lowe's to check out and possibly purchase a particular dishwasher. In spite of a barrage of customers that seemed to show up all at once, Justin in the Appliance Dept. provided personable, knowledgeable and patient customer service to customers as well as coworkers who had questions. He was unflappable and efficient. Everyone was "attended to" thanks to the excellent service provided by Justin and others in the dept. It was clear that the sales staff at Lowe's are nice people that work as a team in helping customers. A pleasure to shop there. Kudos to Lowe's--keep up the great hiring picks!

Do yourself a favor and go to Home Depot where employees actually try to help. The manager Joe of the Lowes Issaquah store could care less about the customer, basically told me that the additional forms he'd have to do with a vendor wasn't worth it to help me and sell me something missing a part. He said it "operationally" didn't make sense for him. I miss when that store was an Eagle Hardware, the people were so much better. Save time, go to Home Depot or Ace Hardware or anywhere else where they treat you like a person.

Bought all new kitchen cabinets in March 2023. Kitchen was stripped and new cabinets installed. Half of the cabinets were ordered incorrectly, Lowe's mistake. We reordered and were promised fast delivery. At the end of July our kitchen is still non-existent and we still do not have a delivery date. Lowe's has zero sympathy or urgency and apparently doesn't understand having no kitchen for 4 months comes with some challenges.I will update my review if this ever gets resolved.

Worst customer service experience ever. Ordered cabinets in May 2023. Half of them came in wrong due to an error in their ordering. It is now almost August, 4 months later, and I am still waiting for my reordered cabinets to be delivered with no ETA. Meanwhile, I have half a kitchen with no countertops and they have offered nothing to fix the problem, even after multiple requests. There is no sense of urgency to get this resolved. I would highly recommend finding another company unless you want to be stuck in limbo forever with little to no response from the project managers on the project.

This is a PSA post, consumers need to know this:I've been a Lowe's customer for a number of years. I prefer to shop here rather than Home Depot, whenever possible.Today I learned that even with receipt or proper credit card, they will NOT take returns past 90 days. This is really frustrating when you have a project where supplies are needed and you buy extra to not slow things down. I was bringing back some perfectly packaged concrete mix and they won't take it back; it could literally go back on the shelf.So the next time we have a fast moving project, my materials purchases will all be made at Home Depot.

I walked in and stopped by the door to scan the aisle signs and try to figure out where the toilet repair parts were. Scooter at customer service immediately asked if I needed any help and pointed by number to the aisle I needed. I was also asked if I was finding everything ok by another employee I passed. I was in and out in 5 mins! Great service and, thank goodness, a knowledgeable staff. (This is after wandering around HD for 20 mins with zero employees willing or able to tell me they didn't have the part I needed in stock. Big difference!)

Big shout out to the whole Lowe's team who is constantly happy to help me and go out of the way to initiating the help (can't say the same for my Home Depot visits). But especially wanted to give a shout out to Byrane in the appliance department, and the store managers. They are incredible with making you feel important and doing everything they can to make you happy.Will be continually shopping here for my home improvement needs. Mostly because of the people who work here.

I went in to this location to get some deck parts they did not have the parts in the size I need.I was also looking for a couple compressor parts but not able to find the compressor section.I asked the manager of that tools section where I may find these parts he said the don't carry that item at this store location.The store was nicely cleaned and well organized.I may return if I need something.I guess different locations carry different that I need.
