I had an excellent experience at Labcorp this morning! My doctor ordered me to get bloodwork done at Labcorp, so I went there for a walk-in appointment. Arriving around 9:20am on a Friday morning, there were a decent number of people there. I quickly checked in at a self-serve kiosk, followed by the front desk calling me over to settle up my remaining out of pocket cost. I waited less than 5 minutes for my name to be called and was taken back to get blood drawn. The person working with me quickly found my veins and was able to draw blood in no time! My veins are hard to see, so often I have to get poked multiple times with the needle.I was in and out of there in under 15 minutes. Great experience!

Staff is great check in system never works. Always greeted with " have you checked in " but I end up going back to the counter explaining that yes I have and why am I waiting over an hour watching people who got here after me get called up. If you're going to use an automated check in fine but it needs to work. I have been late to other appointments and work due to this system. Time and money I can't get back.

Was in and out faster than expected! I do not like getting my blood drawn… I usually always pass out. Merissa was very patient and sweet. She made it super easy for me and I got my results back quickly. I see some negative reviews but personally I had 5 star service. Hopefully others will experience the same :)

I went for a blood draw. The results NEVER made it to the portal. I have called 5 times now, no answer, just a voicemail. I even sent a FAX hoping someone would read it and reply. Nope! They NEVER pick up the phone. So much for CUSTOMER SERVICE.I need my results for my GP and Endocrinologist and I cannot get the results. It is bad, when they will not return voicemails. As for one review saying we should DRIVE there if no one answers the phone or responds, some of us come from out of the area. I am currently in Las Vegas, so I should fly back just to talk to them in person? Also Kittitas County has NO lab facilities and to drive 90 MILES to talk to someone is UNREASONABLE.Reviewers should stick to their experience and NOT bully or put others down because they think they know it all.

First they don't answer their phone EVER. I was told I should leave a voicemail and they would call me back. Wrong again. My dr faxed orders to them 3 weeks ago and they said they don't have them. This also ALL happened 4 months ago. I'm finished giving them any more chances.

Don't go to this lab if your testing is very important and time sensitive. The person who drew my husband's blood failed to draw enough blood for a simple test. The lab didn't let us know about the mistake until more than 24 hours after the blood draw and it was late in the day on a Friday when they finally told us, which was too late to get a new draw in time before the weekend. This was a big setback for us in a serious health situation. Be careful about trusting this lab if your bloodwork is very important.

45 minute wait. Arrived at 7:55am. 8:40 when seen. Yet three lab techs were working drawing blood. At most there 5 other people in the waiting room when I arrived. The math doesn't make sense. The tech who drew my blood was coughing and sniffling. The whole experience is just off putting.

I love this location. Its often busy but they are efficient and always respectful and polite. I've gotten my blood drawn dozens of times here and won't go anywhere else.

Incompetent phlebotomist. Most painful blood draw while using a butterfly needle. Usually, I feel nearly nothing. My arm was throbbing for hours later.Even worse, Drew Stanley, the phlebotomist told me that he did not draw enough blood. He drew the minimum amount for one run of the test, but not the recommended amount to run the test twice. He said it is standard operating procedure to run the test twice to verify accuracy.I would not let him draw more blood, he wanted to try a blood draw from my other arm that is very difficult to find a vein. Two surgical nurses at Swedish were unable to find a viable vein and gave up when I told them to try my other arm. No way was I going to let him try or insert another needle into the same arm. He said that there would be more bruising. It is common sense to check if enough blood was drawn PRIOR to removing the needle from the arm. I suggest not walking but running from this lab, located inside the Cascade Integrative Clinic, but staffed by LabCorp personnel.

I am very needle phobic but needed a blood draw of several vials. I went to the front desk and shared my issue with the ladies there and they made me feel really safe, they answered my questions and were really accommodating. They explained how to use a topical numbing agent I brought and had two ladies attended to my blood draw to help me though it. I laid down on a bed and my girlfriend was holding my hand while they worked on the other arm. The entire experience was over quickly and I left in relatively good spirits all things considered.I will definitely go back next time I need something done.My suggestion to anyone nervous about a blood draw is to let them know up front so they can spend a few extra moments to take special care of you and make you comfortable. It made a world of difference for me. *Thank You*

Staff is so incredibly rude and dismissive. I was sent home twice being told my blood draw order wasn’t there even though it was. Had a hell of a time getting staff to work with me to figure out the problem (it was on their end). They refuse to take any questions at the desk so I had to wait an hour before I could even talk to a staff memeber about my problem. I was actively ignored. it was super passive aggressive.I try not to complain about this stuff too much bc I know there is a worker shortage in nursing but this kind of treatment at a medical establishment really sucked.Anyway don’t go here if you’re on a schedule and be prepared to fight to be heard by the front desk. I tried to approach the problem with understanding and was waved off until I pushed harder.

This is a busy location and I suspect short staffed. I sympathize with those frustrated with the long waits. I have so many other things I need to do too. An online estimate wait click would be a so helpful for all parties. That said- they are short staffed and I want the person sticking me with a needle to be skilled because my momma didn't raise me to be a pin cushion. My interaction with the staff has been pleasant to very pleasant. While nobody like blood draws the phlebotomists have been skilled and sensitive to ensuring comfort. Staff - 5 stars can't fault them for being short staffed. They have been consistently professional and warm. Labcorp not having tools for employees/patients 1 star.Suggestion- it might be worth exploring having a small lab near pediatrics for parents with littles.

Have had several labs done at this location, I did walk ins each time and was seen within 30 mins. Efficient kiosk check in. Try to arrive right when they open if you want to do a walk in and don't want to wait long.

I just walked in for my routine blood work here anround 11:30am and I was out in 10 minutes. The receptionist was very friendly and respectful. I didn’t expect this as the recent reviews were very negative. But I had a very good experience and will use this center again.

Their working hours are 7 am to 4:30 pm. I arrived at 4:23pm as someone was closing down the place. I asked to confirm working hours which was 4:30 pm, and asked if I could still do the lab work, to receive a negative answer no. Super unprofessional. On a positive note, I had to go to Swedish Hospital Lab, which apparently is run by Lab Corp. At that location it closes at 5pm. I arrived at 5pm with two more people in front of me, they were still able to provide the service for all of us. I will write a separate positive review related to the LabCorp at Swedish Hospital in Issaquah. This is my second time at this place. The first time I observed rude behavior towards an elderly patient that needed guidance with the electronic check-in process.
