I made my second La-Z-Boy purchase
Most comfortable furniture I’ve ever had
Bruno at the Issaquah lazy boy was amazing
He answered my many questions
Didn’t take long to zero in on what I wanted
Was cheerful and engaging
And matched my energy
I highly recommend Bruno, the Issaquah La-Z-Boy store, and in general La-Z-Boy furniture!

Found what we wanted. Good selection of recliners and other furniture. Staff was attentive but not hovering which was appreciated. Delivery is scheduled but not as quick as we would have liked but still reasonable. Pending delivery experience, overall a good experience and impression.

My family bought a Lazy Boy couch and 2 recliners. We live on the east side so we had to haul the furniture over the mountains because they don’t deliver that far. We have had the furniture for a little under two years and our couch broke before Thanksgiving. We had purchased the protection and warranty plan for everything. We went into the store to tell them and they gave us ServCo’s number (their third party provider) and said call them and it will be an easy fix. Thus began the 6 MONTH battle to get our couch fixed. Lazy Boy entered in the wrong code in the system so ServCo wouldn’t fix our couch I had to call both ServCo and Lazy Boy multiple times a day to get the code fixed and then schedule a repair guy. Every time I talked to them Lazy Boy said they would call me back. They didn’t unless I called and badgered them. My couch finally got fixed Sunday. Unfortunately one of our chairs broke when my dad sat down in it and I had to badger them again to fix it. They finally had us hire a local company and then they paid for it but I 100% believe they only did that because I bugged them so much the first time. This company has the worst service I have ever received. It is not worth the hours of fighting to get the company to uphold their side of the contract. Do not buy from here!!

Excellent service and selection at the local store in Issaquah, WA. Got a recliner sofa for a good price with the labor day discount added in the mix... Very pleased so far, waiting for the sofa to be delivered so plan a week or so for the delivery service.

My space had a-lot a clutter
For close to 6 months i almost gave up on my space. With 3 separate couches. To a 8 seater dining table, to the lamps and the decors which i bought from separates stores, nothing matched to anything.
So happy we found La-Z-Boy. And the tips from Kathy and Russel, my space looks brilliant now. Thanks to the entire crew! La-z-Boy!! This a store with a touch of brilliance - all items under one roof!

Two stars because the salesman Bruno was pretty great, but the manager was not friendly…We drove two hours to pick up our $2500 chair and it was brought to us with no box, no packaging, nothing!
We didn’t think to ask for a box, naturally assumed it would have one: They gave us an oversized burgundy plastic loveseat cover to try and help, realized that would rub burgundy on to the ivory leather arms… received a plush blanket to try and help… Get in the truck, there’s oil on the bottom of the truck, like many pickups have…. Had to go stop and shop at the hardware store to buy plastic sheeting, duct tape, struggling to tape it all up in the parking lot… like we’d bought a used recliner instead of a brand new one! The cover was coming off on the freeway, had to pull over MULTIPLE times on the busy freeway to try and secure it further. Finally blew off. SHOULD HAVE BEEN IN A BOX OR AT LEAST PLASTIC WRAP like any common sense store would do!
