I put a longer review on their booking website, but to be straight to the point, I did not get the haircut I asked for. I have been unhappy with my hair since and it will take many months to grow it back.

* They offer hot tea and water
* Stylist DID accommodate sensory needs

Audrey and Lindsay have been SO helpful as I've tried to figure what to do with my hair for my (very soon) wedding AND my hair's general health/appearance going forward. My hair's suffered a lot of damage and loss the past few years, and I only recently got to a place where I felt like I could do something with it again. (Though now that I've been coming here, I realize I could have come in even sooner and they could have helped me with my specific needs!)
Audrey is great, and has been exceptionally patient as I tried to go one color direction and needed to pivot back the other way; I learned something wasn't right for me but I'd needed to try it to truly know. She looks to try gentler treatments first before things that could damage hair more. She's helped me navigate the world of extensions, which is all new to me. She also breaks down the cost points for services or products with different tiers. I have learned a lot about what I like and what best fits my lifestyle.
I feel the prices at L15 are reasonable. L15 has highly-skilled and knowledgeable professionals, quality products, and a good atmosphere.

I love L-15, especially Audrey. Every stylist I have met there has been a wonderful listener and extremely skilled; Audrey is next level. When I went in and told her I needed to fit a mid-life crisis into a hair appointment, she had it under control. I came in feeling frumpy and overlooked, she made me see myself again. She listens to you, to what you want and figures out what you need. I can’t say enough good things about her.

Terrible Experience
I want to share my recent experience at this place to ensure that no one else goes through the horror that I endured. It was an absolutely dreadful experience!
I initially called them expressing my excitement to try out their services as I am new to the area and was looking for a trusted salon. I scheduled an appointment and was quoted a price of $370 over the phone for highlights, root touch-up, and a haircut.
Upon arriving at the salon, showing pictures to the hairdresser of how I wanted my hair and staying there for 5 hours, I left without the promised highlights, ending up with darker hair instead of the blonde I desired. To add insult to injury, my haircut was atrocious, and the blowout and finishing touches were of poor quality. Attempts to rectify the situation were futile.
I tried to speak with the manager, but she was unavailable, receptionist could get her on the phone after a while to talk to me . The manager's sole concern seemed to be collecting payment, with promises to assess my hair later and offer a refund or not if I payed and come back on the next day to repair it. However, my hair is beyond repair once it has been dyed.
My hair left the salon damaged, with an unappealing blowout. I spent a considerable amount of time on the phone with the manager, disputing the exorbitant $450 total they demanded for a service I did not receive. Eventually, the manager charged me for the root touch-up, color, and cut, despite the fact that I should not have been charged at all.
Upon returning home, I washed my hair and attempted to dry it, only to find it severely damaged and broken. Not only did I have to endure a terrible haircut and leave the salon with the wrong hair color, but I also incurred additional costs as I now have to seek treatment elsewhere to repair the damage.
I highly advise against patronizing this place and urge others to avoid the nightmare I experienced. No one should have to leave a salon being asked to pay $450 for a service that I did not receive, only to end up with damaged hair. The customer service was appalling, and the manager's conduct was even worse, solely focusing on payment.
I was asked to return today to show my hair to the manager, but I have no desire to set foot in that establishment again, nor do I recommend it to anyone else.

Audrey is the best. she truly listens to what I want, and isn't afraid to tell if it won't work. She listens to what I need and delivers. When I asked for "pinkish purple hair that wasn't too purple" she made my mid-life crisis happen in an amazing way. Her cuts grow out beautifully. I've always been lazy about hair maintenance, but I love Audrey's work so much that I have become a regular for the first time in my life.

Both times I booked an appointment I received calls the day of stating the stylists were cancelling after having waited 2 weeks for both appointments. Website states walk ins are accepted. I called and receptionist stated they do not. Please update the website.

Today Naomi did my hair and makeup on location for a photoshoot in Monroe. She came on time, ready and professional. She is easy to communicate with and has a sparkling personality. She did amazing and my photoshoot went smoothly thanks to her. I will definitely get in touch with her for my future projects. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I went in for a full highlight. Waited for an hour past my appointment time, and was getting my hair done for 5 hours. Unfortunately, my hair was darker than when I went in. I just went and had it fixed at another salon, and the stylist was appalled at the quality of work on my hair. Paid $400, super disappointed. Not sure if this was a new stylist, or one in training, but will never return unfortunately.

Tanner gave me an amazing haircut. She was super knowledgeable about how to treat curly hair, offered suggestions for styling and all around just provided top quality service. Definitely will be my new go to hair salon.

I love going to L15 because of the home-y feel, and the amazing talent their stylists have- they are really good. There is no denying that. BUT one thing that I do not appreciate whenever I come in, is the energy of their lead coordinator (front desk person), Morgan. She’s very awkward to speak to because of the rude face she wears. She either has her brows raised or frowns while she assists you, she talks so fast you can’t even understand her as if she’s rushing to get over with assisting you. She is the same with phone calls. I’m not one to write about bad experiences in places, but she does this all the time it’s starting to become an unpleasant experience, especially when she is the first one to greet customers. I hope the management talks to her about this because I dont understand how she is the front person if her attitude is like that. Overall though, amazing stylists with great talent. They will not disappoint you.
