Avoid the place at any cost! There are no published rates and they charge as they wish. when questioned the owner says “ my business my rules”. Very rude customer service

Charged me $150.00 to replace a zipper on my jacket that's maybe worth 100, maybe. Not worth it.

We have used Best Cleaners on E. Lake Samm Pky for years with great results but decided to give Klahanie Cleaners a try since they are closer to our new home. They were substantially more expensive simply to launder and press several dress shirts. They were also abrupt and not very friendly at all. Tried them twice with the same results. People skills are in need of improvement. Will drive a bit farther and return to Best Cleaners.

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! I brought in several dress shirts to be laundered and 2 came back with large burned holes on the sleeve. Same spot on each sleeve. The shirts are unwearable. When I tried to discuss the situation with them they denied it and offered no solution.

I STILL have a comforter that smells badly because of storage and moving. The item was left at this location for a MACHINE WASH. They wanted to dry clean but I signed a waiver and wanted a machine wash. Upon pickup, the comforter still smelled of storage so I complained and left it for a rewash. Again, after a second cleaning, the smell was no different. I did NOT even smell soap. I truly believe they did NOTHING. There was zero sign of cleaning and no hint of laundry soap. Over 100 dollars and absolutely no difference.NOTE: I placed the comforter in a large laundromat machine and cleaned it myself. I had wanted to avoid a public machine, but it worked fantastic.NEVER USE the Klahanie Cleaners.

Clothes were ironed and folded but not cleaned. They still smelled dirty as if they were never washed or cleaned. What is the point of this place?

Klahanie Cleaners are absolutely terrible. I've used their service twice and each time they've done more harm than good. This time, they left big brown marks on my chair covers that were not there before, and didn't get any stains out. Poor quality service, essentially scammers. I do not recommend.

Although I appreciate the convenient location, they are just too expensive. $16.00 to clean 2 "blouses" is insane. They also don't provide an itemized receipt, which is annoying. Customer service is meh .

Brought in a drapery panel that my kitten peed on when I was attaching rod to wall. The woman at counter said they would wash it. I said okay. She requested 5 days to complete. I said okay. I picked it up & brought it home. When I removed the plastic the smell of cat urine was intense! I then noticed a 10" circular yellow stain on the white drapery. I have no idea how this was not obvious to Klahanie Cleaners when they packaged it up. Not only the smell, but the spot. I honestly don't think they did anything, but encase it in plastic & charge me $40. The reason I say this is because the top of the panel has two bows that were in the exact same condition (slightly wrinkled) as they were when I dropped it off. I called immediately and the woman seemed confused when I asked for a refund, or a credit at minimum. Super disappointing!! Washing it myself now. Waste of time & $$!

Over the last 6 to 7 years I have found Klahanie Cleaners to be very reliable and dependable. We have never had an issue regarding pricing or service. In fact, they are very good about having our clothes done when they say they will. I'm sure there are cheaper options out there, but for the convenience and quality, this business delivers value.

The worst service. I was quoted $1.69 ea to have my shirts laundered and pressed with med starch. perfect I thought..I brought in 10 cotton, buttoned shirts, no frills or anything special about them. The cleaners took them, counted them, never mentioned anything about any adjustment in price. I went to pick them up and they were $70.00!! When I asked why they were so expensive, the owner stated that they were not large enough to go on her "press" and they were women's "Blouses" and therefore cost more! What? Not only is that crazy to charge more because they are WOMEN's shirts, she did not even notify me that there would be an additional charge above the quoted price. She was unwilling to work with me on this at all. Don't go there.

Don't forget to try and pay with cash for smaller pick ups!
