Took my dog here twice, both visits were under 30 mins combined and we paid roughly $750 for them to really do nothing. Biggest scam, all they want is your money. Be careful of unnecessary add ons and tests.

Called in and the person was very short with me. Did not offer any answers, and was not helpful.

The hours listed here are not up to date. I had a prescription sent here from my vet in Portland to help my cat for our car ride home and they were never open for me to pick it up. Came by Friday at 6pm and Saturday at 8:15am.

Picked this vet for location and referred by a friend. Seemed fine for a while but then kept treating same issue over and over and when we wanted guidance they just referred us to specialists and then didn't want to manage her care! The doctor never answered our emails to address our concerns! I agree with a previous reviewer seems like the doctor may have a moral issue and definitely seems more about the money!

We are so pleased with the professionalism and empathy of the staff here. Since we got our pup, he has been under Dr. Brar's care and I must say both he and his staff are just wonderful. They always follow up the next day after a visit to ask how our beloved four legged child is doing. They always answer questions patiently and as first time dog parents, that is immensely helpful to us. The testimonials on the wall speak volumes about this place, I couldn't take pictures of all of them, as there are tons!

The vets and nurses here let my dog die. My 14y/o dog had a seizure, he was hanging on by a limb. We rushed him to this vet which is the one we usually go to for this shot. With my dog, dying in my arms, we knock on their door, which is locked for COVID protocol. After we yell through the window that our dog is having a seizure and dying they finally decided to let us in after a whole minute of panicking helpless outside. When we got in they kept asking stupid questions before they rushed him to the back to get oxygen, and they didn't even let my dad come in to help at first. Absolutely ridiculous! At the very least they gave him some oxygen and kept him alive while they could, but they proceeded to recommend us the furthest animal ER possible. The ER they recommended was 40 minutes away, while the closest animal hospital was just a mere 10 minutes from there. Why did they do this? Idk. Don't go to this vet unless your dog has some minor thing like a monthly shot. I highly doubt the people here could help with anything more. If the vet weren't so poorly run and stuck up about useless Covid protocol, locking us out of the clinic and sending us to the furthest possible hospital, my dog would probably still be alive. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND. I hope everyone and their pets live a life free of ever having to step foot in this facility of neglectful, ignorant people. My dog is dead from something could have been easily resolved and I will never forgive them for this.

The vet only cares about making money instead of curing the animals. I spent over $600 to treat my gold retriever's infection and it is not cured and now I called in they ask me to pay another $72 for the vet to take a look.

We chose this vet clinic due to the convenience of the location. We took our dog here for routine vaccines for about a year. Due to their strict covid protocol, they are still picked up from the car and delivered back to the car. This does not give you a good opportunity to talk to the doctor, or understand what treatments they are doing. We were often surprised by the bill at the end of the appt. For example, we took our dog in for an ear infection, he is a labradoodle and has had these his whole life. We left with an extra $120 line item for an allergy shot (we were not asked on this prior, and our dog has never had allergies in his 5 years). I could go back through all our bills, but there were continually additional line items. However, aside from their sketch billing, our biggest issue was that we took our dog in for a bump on his eye, in the original appt it was missed, the second appt we were told it was a sty and he'd do eyedrops for two weeks, if not resolved it'd require surgery. I called back after two weeks as the bump was still there, they scheduled surgery for 2 days later. My husband was already not sold on the clinic and wanted a second opinion. When the Klahanie received our request for records for a second opinion, I received an extremely unprofessional and rude phone call. After being put on hold, the doctor ok'd his transfer of records, and recommended we move forward with whatever Allied recommends, as they would not be rescheduling our dog. I'm not sure what kind of ego the vet has, but he clearly cares more about himself than the well being of our animals. I'd save yourself the visit, and find another vet!

Dr. Brar has a serious moral issue. It didnt seem he wanted the best of the pets he cared for, but worked really hard to up sell the clinic's services. I will not return!!!!! Chose this clinic because of the location, but the practice of the clinic is highly questionable. I believe the same doctor is also the owner and he took on the clinic around 2011. Noticed how all the bad reviews started to flood in around the same time frame & non-stop since then.

Dr Brar and his team. Give my Dog excellent care. He is always concise and gentle with my pet. He gives me as a new pet owner tips and advice. Dr Brar provides options so best for my dog and financially viable for me.

When my dog Nala got injured in a car accident, we initially took her to an emergency vet hospital and they told us that she has injuries on two legs. She came back from the hospital with 2 casts and a $5000 bill. On top of that they told us she would probably need a $9000 surgery for her joints and 2 months recovery. When we came to this vet, they took off the cast and found that one of her legs has a hairline fracture (that most likely wouldn't need surgery), and the other leg only had a minor injury on her nail. This vet saved us from spending thousands of dollars and gave us what we really needed. Nala even recovered one month early and walks and runs perfectly fine. Her fracture healed and she didn't need the surgery! I live 40 minutes away from this vet and will gladly come back whenever Nala might need to!

We chose this practice because of the location. Originally pleased with the service that was provided. There have obviously been changes in the front office staff because they are incredibly incompetent with zero empathy or bedside manner. We were told to "wait and see" if our dog would feel better when we called to make an appointment and they didn't have anything available. Completely understand that these can be busy times and not at all upset that they could not get one of their regular patients on the schedule, but to tell us to "wait and see" is outrageous. Needless to say, we found a hospital that could fit us in and understood the urgency of the situation.

They have been very helpful fitting our dog in at short notice when she got sick. Caring and helpful team!
