These guys can not be trusted, they jack up the price then hold your car for ransom. to fix an oil leak they used JB Weld what a mess $500 turned out to be $3,000. These guys are crooks stay clear

I brought my truck in oil leak very small leak under my intake manifold, he changed 5 gaskets a water pump and held my truck until I payed $3000.00 I payed there ransom got my truck and it leaked oil from every place they worked on. I made it a mile and a half before I called a tow truck. Don't trust them don't use them they are not to be trustedServices: General repairs & maintenance

My wife and I were on a trip to AZ. Inorder to assist with our daughter's wedding. We broke down in our 36ft moterhome on the highway 18. We found their repair shop, on a Saturday and drove there, told them our plight and they were so understanding.( rare) They understood, made arrangements immediately, even putting off repairs in progress. They worked well beyond closing time to help us. We made our scheduled date in AZ. Thanks to them. I would highly recommend these men as they care for their customer and are trustworthy to work to get you on the road. Well worth driving out of your way in order to have them work on your auto. J&C Auto Repair was great! Our van broke down in Issaquah, and J&C saw us right away, replaced our alternator and battery, and got us back on the road in less than 24 hours. They even went out of their way to go to Redmond to find the right battery for us. Great communication and service at a good price!

Jorge and Carlos did an excellent job on my 2013 Hyaundai Accent. We had gone to two other shops before them because we had been driving through the area from Wyoming when our car started stalling and dying. The other shops told us it was different things and then we’d leave and it would still be having the same problem. Finally we made our way to J&C Auto Repair and they were able to repair the problem right away and get us back on the road. They explained every step and were very transparent with us on pricing which we appreciated after feeling like we had been given the run around at the previous places we had been to. They give very bad service and the guarantee does not respect it I paid $ 2500 for the repair of my car and the week that they gave it to me it broke down and I took it to that it will fix it and and they kept it for 5 days and they did not fix it I had to take bad to another workshop

I took my 2000 Lincoln LS here for a fuel pump issue and I am extremely satisfied with the job they did. As a female it can be a scary experience to have work done on your car, but they did not try to pressure me on extra work and I was charged very reasonable rates. They had the work done in a timely manner and I had my car back, sounding better than ever a short time later. I have found my new regular auto repair shop! Thank you!
