Frank helped me design china cabinets and a piece that doesn't really have a standard name. We just got them delivered and they are wonderful. In this time of poorly built and cookie cutter furniture, Issaquah Furniture is a gem with its unique pieces and solid construction. We will be going back when we need our next piece of furniture.

We ordered two nightstands that were customized to our liking and they came out perfectly. Frank was patient in helping us and showed us what our options were. The only thing you may want to plan ahead of time is that it takes awhile to place an order and wait for it to be made.One important thing for us was having a cabinet made of strong wood. The fabricators have many options, from solid wood to plywood. Good stuff.

Let's talk customer service... Frank NAILS it!! If I could give 100 stars I would. I ordered a headboard and Frank worked me on ordering and pickup even though I live on the opposite side of the state. When I brought the item home I found a small defect and called Frank. He worked with me went and went above and beyond to rectify the error. Issaquah Furniture puts big box stores to shame, shop with Frank he is amazing!!

Been here three time now still great quality products so far!Got chairs and a large shelf unit both in great state so far.Third visit went back for more of the same chairs since the ones I got turned out so good.

Frank was a wonderful help in getting us our first couch for our home. His shop (in the layout we saw) featured smaller furniture which was perfect for our vision, but also he had extensive knowledge of set pieces that would go well together. It was lovely going into the store and meeting both him and his adorable wiener dog!

Excellent customer service!Frank suggested a novel idea to solve a storage issue I had and it worked brilliantly.Quality furniture at a reasonable price. I am very pleased with my furniture.I will definitely return to Issaquah Furniture the next time I need furniture.

We've visited Franklin a number of times now, and seem to buy something on each visit. The Omish furniture he can order/land in < 45 days is absolutely beautiful and functions very well. I enjoy visiting Frank every few weeks just to see what new items he has in stock. And his pooch is super cool. Pllease bring a check, so he doesn't have to pay credit card processing fees.

Furniture is okay. Mostly wood. Stood there for ten mins until someone came in from the front door. With his dog. Assuming it's the owner. The dog ran up to my toddler. And sure he was being friendly but I'm not a fan of that.
