Took a dress shirt in for a same day press. Got it back and there were so many wrinkles. So disappointing. Definitely don't recommend coming here. I could have done a better job. Complete waste of time and money. There are better options

Professing to be able to handle military rank positioning and ability to attach them was a total lie. I even brought in simple Dia f rams to make sure. The idiot kept trying to impress by calling everything Sargent which was totally wrong not that I expected that kind of knowledge but since he persisted he verified no actual knowledge. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

They fixed my down jacket which had a rip for a good price and that too within a day. Saved me a lot of trouble.

We have been going to Issaquah Cleaners for more than 8 years and have always had great service. Whether it is dry-cleaning or tailoring, this is a dependable, hard working and family run business that we would recommend.

Has gone down hill, no longer recommend. They have ruined some of my shirts, broken buttons and often late. Prices have gone up, service down. Rude lady laughs at you when you have an issue. Tried to give them a chance but just can't take it anymore. Avoid.

Super friendly, excellent customer service. I use them weekly and I've never had a problem. They do a thorough job on stains and have helped me on numerous occasions with sewing/tailoring. I would highly recommend.

Overall, they don't take pride in their work. 1. They were late on Saturday morning to open and didn't answer their phone to update when they were coming in, I had to leave and come back later in the day. 2. I ordered extra starch, there was minimal if no starch on my shirts. 3. Some shirts were not ironed correctly, the bottom of the shirt was creased over.Services: Special care fabric cleaning

Lost my sewn in pocket squares twice on my blazers twice - no offer to compensate. Lost a shirt once. Melts buttons on my shirt because they don't change their pad on the iron. They deny all of this but it is what it is.
