When my Jeep is sick - Integrity Automotive is where I like to go. Communication is terrific. Estimate and cost are upfront. No hidden charges. And, they are fast. Car is done in one to two days. We have 154k miles on this Jeep and our goal is 300k. With Integrity Automotive helping - there’s a great chance we’ll make it. 5 Stars!

I love how honest these folks are. Before I found them, I was paying anywhere from 800 to 1000 dollars every 6 months to maintain my car with a Volvo dealer, paying for tons of stuff that I didn't need. Here every piece of assessed repair comes with a severity and detailed recommendation, and it's left up to you to accept or decline the work. My overall service cost about ~300 where I’m sure it would have costed 3X that with my previous go-to shop. I wish I had found them ages ago.

As a traveling nurse, new to the area, looking for a trusted auto repair place to do my 4Runner stuff…I am so grateful to have found this place! Communication fabulous! Feeling of honesty and “integrity” fabulous ! Cleanliness fabulous! Feeling that they are on your side, not doing unneeded repairs - yes! We lost our long term mechanic and were looking for a new reliable honest shop. I have a business a few blocks down Gilman and had heard great reviews from many friends and clients over the years.
Tyler (our service manager) was beyond excellent.
Communication was over the top. There were no surprises and although we needed comprehensive service done on our car, it was a seamless process and we will definitely be bringing our other cars here for service.
