Debbie in fabric was not very nice, a little rude and very cold. Also gossiping with someone else and less help to customers.
Disappointing service (Theresa at register was nice). But I'll be back, I like coming in.

Unfortunately, this will be the first negative review I write.
We purchased some decorative lanterns from this location. A couple days later my wife saw that they were on sale and she asked if she could get a refund. To her surprise, they said Yes and they instructed her to bring in the lanterns physically with the receipt and they'd refund the difference--great, right? Well, the employees of this Hobby Lobby shamed her for making the return, and made it difficult and time consuming, despite the fact they offered this option. The manager asked my wife upon reluctantly issuing a partial refund "Was it worth it?".
It was certainly worth finding out that this is not the business we will be supporting in the future.

Good service but a lot of the crafts clearly weren't tested before being sold cuz we we bought several things that didn't actually work effectively.

Most things are kept well stocked but I did have issues with certain items being sold out at more than one location I visited.

There are a lot of crafting material for low prices or on sale. The layout of the store was a little difficult since there were paint products throughout the store and not just one section. About half of the workers were helpful and friendly while the other half not so much. I recommend if you have questions and one employee doesn't give you the answer you are looking for, then find another worker who will be more helpful.

Mixed feelings about the resort although the adult pool area is where we really spent most of our time because there were way too many kids to go anywhere else. We stayed in a governor suite which was very nice and made some amazing friends poolside, especially the pool waiters and management of the adult pool area that provide amazing service. The restaurants were good but as I mentioned, a lot of children due to the grand having the water park. It wouldn't be as bothered if parents would take care and or watch their children but they just kind of let them do their thing. It would be nice if some of the other areas were adults only and that it didn't seem like you were just part of the crowd unless you were a diamond member. For example we would have to wait at breakfast along with all the non-members that come there even though we are members but if you are a diamond you go right in. We went at the end of May which should be more the beginning of the season but it was jammed with families. The housekeeping unfortunately was not on par with our other stays at Palace resorts so they must be having issues with their staffing. I did appreciate the management making an effort to make things right with some of the challenges we were having and in the end it was poolside staff that made the stay for us.
