“I've had the most wonderful customer service experience at Builders FirstSource in Issaquah. Scott went above and beyond in making sure the Versetta cap stone I ordered was the right shade of grey. When I first received it and got it home it didn't look right. Scott called the distributers, showed them the pictures that I took. Thinking the dye lot might be off he had a second pallet of cap stone inspected and sent out ASAP. I also noticed the same kind of service taking place with other members of the sales / service staff. If you're looking for a great place to get building supplies, this is in. “I stopped in Issaquah Lowe's to check out and possibly purchase a particular dishwasher. In spite of a barrage of customers that seemed to show up all at once, Justin in the Appliance Dept. provided personable, knowledgeable and patient customer service to customers as well as coworkers who had questions. He was unflappable and efficient. Everyone was "attended to" thanks to the excellent service provided by Justin and others in the dept. It was clear that the sales staff at Lowe's are nice people that work as a team in helping customers. A pleasure to shop there. Kudos to Lowe's--keep up the great hiring picks!”
