The jiu jitsu and boxing have been very beneficial for me. The professors and students are very helpful and all efforts are made for an excellent and safe training environment.

My son and I have been going here since we moved to the Seattle area about 6 months ago. I've learned so much in that time. Great training partners and even better professors and coaches. Looking forward to my BJJ journey here.
