“Made an appointment same day to get my screen fixed on my cell. Got there, and they told me that the repair guy was not in today. Taylor was very sincere, and looking to find a solution. He called the South center location, and got me in right away. I would have gave 5 stars, but I am pretty certain that they use inferior glass compared to what comes on a stock Samsung Ultra. I had a ton of micro scratches within days. Had my previous screen for 2 years without that type of wear. Taylor was a bright spot in a crap situation. Hard to find people that care about what they are doing. Keep it up Taylor it's hard to find genuine folks these days.”

“I'm very happy with OHDR Issaquah. I had lost over 900 photos from a recent tri to Madrid and Christmas Cruise down the Rhine River with my wife and another couple. All my photos of the trip were on the drive. Christmas lights, museums, individual & group photos ... gone. OHDR was able to recover them and provide us with a back up.
