've been a loyal customer of Eastside Bavarian for a while now, and every visit reaffirms why I keep coming back. They wouldn't offer me a quote for a new part(Head unit) based on make and model unless I visit the shop and pay for diagnosis. I already have a diagnosis that the part needs to be replaced not sure what more they have to do.

Eastside Bavarian was super helpful. I took my car in for an oil change then a few days later blew a hose on my radiator. I had my car towed to the shop they were able to locate a couple problems that were addressed. Priced reasonably very commutative and was willing to work with me and what I was able to do. Also told me what to expect with my vehicle in the near future. The mechanics do a great job and the front office has great customer service. WOULD AND WILL recommend to everyone

We’ve been going to Eastside Bavarian for many years for getting our cars serviced and very pleased with the workmanship and customer focus. They are a local shop on the Eastside and have some of the best people and technicians. Highly recommended for anyone on the Eastside and the greater Seattle area for European car service needs!

I have always been happy with Eastside Bavarian's Service. Ken is great with giving details about repairs and cost BEFORE they perform the service. They do a good job of letting you know if there is a delay or when the car is ready. I have always been happy and confident in the repairs they do. Their technicians are well trained and do a great job. If you are in the eastside area and need your BMW, Mini or Audi serviced give them a try.

Was looking for a new shop for my Audi. Ordered a basic oil change as a first time customer to get a feel for their service, etc. Did not disappoint. Prompt, friendly service, and accommodating. Will use again.

Forget about BMW dealership service centers. Bring your BMWs here. Eastside Bavarian people know the game.
I was initially referred by the other shop I used to go. They were super honest. Told me it is something they can’t do, so they referred me to Eastside Bavarian. I’v heard good things about them but never had a chance to bring my car in.
Right from the start I knew I made an excellent choice. Their engagement via text system was outstanding. Ken at the shop was nothing but professional and full of knowledge. They even have a locked gate to keep your cars safe overnight. They set up eta for my parts to arrive, transparent throughout the repair process by updating the status and overall costs.
What I was amazed about them the most was their tracking system. They sent pictures and videos with detailed notes during the entire time to make sure I understand exact condition of my car.
Will be back for sure. Thank you guys!

I have been bringing my BMWs to Eastside Bavarian since they opened at their first location 20 years ago. They have since added service to Audi and Mini. This is the only shop you should consider bringing your vehicle to! Forget about taking it to the dealership. Here you will receive nothing but the best service, period. Their experience and knowledge is top notch, only matched by their honest, friendly and professional customer service. Thank you guys for all the years of taking such good care of me!
