I ordered an arrangement for delivery a couple of days in advance. The employee I spoke with was short with me and not very helpful. I am a florist and do this everyday in a busy shop. I was surprised by the customer service but figured they were overwhelmed with orders. When the day for delivery came, the flowers were delivered late. The driver awkwardly called the recipient (my husband) and was even mildly rude to him. Even though my husband enjoyed the arrangement, I was disappointed when I saw a picture he sent to me. The floral content was quite minimal and I would have charged a third of the price had I made the same arrangement. I had selected a vase specifically for the decorative rattan sleeve that came with, which was pictured on the website. I guess it didn't fit the vase, so the designer placed it INSIDE, essentially floating in the water...very odd. I'm not sure if it was just an off few days for this shop, but I hope they can improve their customer service and price their arrangements more reasonably in the future.

Jon hosted a flower arranging class at his farm in Kent and we had the best time. Jon is a creative GENIUS, a true artist at heart. The class had food from the farm, drinks, a tour of his property and tables set up for us to arrange our custom stems picked from his farm. We had the time of our life!

Jon is amazing!!! I had a vision for my wedding and he delivered far beyond what I had envisioned. The arrangements were stunning and he always got back to us right away. He even arranged the flowers on our cake to make sure everything looked perfect. He is a creative genius and if we ever need floral arrangements or flowers for an event again, we will be going through countryside floral.

Nice shop with indoor and outdoor flowers and plants. They also had "string of pearls" but it was hefty $16 for a small pot. The orchid lei's were nice too but I saw one that could of been probably be picked up at Costco during graduation season. Costco price was $19 and they were selling it for $60. You do the math.

Very impressed with the level of service with this florist, they went above and beyond to ensure the flowers I had ordered a day prior reached our friend on the day of her birthday and within the time frame we needed them to be delivered. In fact because time was short they made a special delivery to ensure the flowers arrived on time! Their delivery charge is also very reasonable. And the flowers themselves - gorgeous - + 5 stars for creativity as well. I wouldn't hesitate to use them anytime I need a local florist in the Washington State Eastside area.

I'm sure they do beautiful work but I won't be ordering from here based purely on their delivery driver. There is no need to tailgate like their delivery driver does. As a service small business owner I understand the importance of time crunch and being on time.. however, to tailgate when I'm going over 5mph over the speed limit and ride a car with a family inside is not only not safe but obnoxious. When the road switched to 2 lanes I got over to the right and they went by. They weren't heading for a delivery but back to the business. On a Wednesday. Slow down. Oy maybe don't have your business on the vehicle if you want to tailgate people.

This is not about the service ITS ABOUT THE DELIVERY VAN.I was back and forth on whether or not to leave a review in regards to their driving considering it's a flower delivery van but after further reviewing their listed reviews. IM NOT THE ONLY ONE who's stating their driving dangerously. They were so close to my tailgate they almost rear ended me at a stop light. Definitely not how you want to be driving while representing your small business. I'd never trust you with any formal arrangements.

I've had the pleasure of taking 2 floral design parties at the sweet establishment and received many floral arrangements throughout the almost 20 years here in Issaquah!! Such class, experience and friendly staff!! Definitely THE florist in this city!

Great doesnt cut it. Exceptional is better. We had originally chosen a different florist for my daughters wedding who at the last minute informed us they were going out of business. So in our scramble to find a new florist we happened upon Countryside. They were so friendly and able to help us out with ease. We didnt have a real consultation with them. I just told them through email what my daughter was looking for and sent them a couple of example photos. They went above and beyond our expectations. My daughter was so pleased. The flowers were gorgeous. They had created exactly what she had envisioned. They helped to make my daughters wedding even more beautiful. The displays and arrangements were so much better than the examples that the other florist, who we had done all of the consultations with had shown us. I cant thank them enough or speak highly enough of this shop. I would absolutely recommend them for all of your floral needs and we would definitely use them again!

Countryside Floral & Floral is my go-to for sending love to my family in Issaquah all the way from my own flower shop in Indiana. I recently was in Issaquah for a visit and had to stop in. In all my travels, I've loved interacting with other flower shops and the team at Countryside were excellent and warm. Have you seen their Facebook or Instagram? The floral design work is outstanding! My family has been very pleased with every arrangement and I'm excited to have met the incredible team at Countryside Floral & Garden.

The arrangement was delivered to the wrong address. Thankfully the recipient kindly took them to my Mom, instead of keeping the flowers. The arrangement Mom received looked nothing like what I selected on the website. I was unimpressed and disappointed with my first experience with Countryside Floral & Garden.

When my grandmother passed we had called Countryside florist to arrange some custom bouquets for us. Because we are out of state and can't take them ourselves, it was important to us to find a florist that could deliver them. The bouquets delivered have always been beautiful and thoughtfully designed. We are so grateful for Countryside Florist. We will be customers for a long time.
