Incredibly grateful to John working at Costco Tire, Issaquah. He provided such helpful, patient, and ETHICAL customer service.
I drove through an area where construction work was done, and apparently some shard of metal complete gouged out my tire leading it to deflate in seconds. I was two blocks away from Costco and John scheduled me in as soon as he could to help with the spare at no charge. The tire was not salvageable. The wait was 1.5 hours, but I was a walk-in after all, and they were setting aside time for me for free.
Costco didn’t carry my brand of tires, so I expressed my concern of going to another franchise where they may force me to buy more than two replacements, or possibly four since it’s AWD. John personally left the front desk and measured the tread, confirming that I only needed ONE tire replacement. My car only had 18K miles and the tread was measured at 8/32.
My fear was validated when the gentleman at Big O Tires did a theatrical demonstration, manually measuring for me the tread to be 7/32 and suggesting all tires needed to be replaced. He said they would not replace a single tire due to how much damage it would cause the car.
I called Costco again. Much to my fortune, John picked up the phone and encouraged me to look elsewhere because the tread was no where near breaking the measurement to be below 8/32. I did so.
Discount Tire in Redmond confirmed John’s measurements. John saved me over $800-$900, having only to replace one tire.
I am extremely grateful that John cared about my best financial interest. This is a really rare standard of customer service now days. I wish him all the best. Costco is lucky to have him as a representative of their customer service.

Eric, John and Parker are awesome! Great service from start to finish. They were able to squeeze me in after I had a flat tire.

Worst customer service. They accepted new tyre replacement order, only to tell during my appointment that they can’t replace because I had done other two tyres elsewhere.
Total waste of my productive 4 hrs. The price I paid for having to come to Costco as my first choice . Stay away at all costs! Lesson learnt

It seems this place is very busy. I gave my car in the morning and it wasn't done until just before closing. It was just a 15 minute task. If you have options to get your tire fixed elsewhere then better do that or you will find yourself waiting a long time.

John really helped us out. He got us in as a walk in when they were crazy busy. We had our tires slashed after getting back from a trip and needed to get to Wenatchee for a doc appointment and John made sure to get us in. He and whomever was working on our car stayed late to finish. Thanks a million you guys are all awesome!

Unless you have a full day available to blow, and patience, stay away from this tire center. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, but they are unbelievably busy. When you call, you get placed on an immediate hold for anywhere between 5-25 minutes. Their time estimates are just estimates and not good ones at that.

For 2 weeks I tried to get winter tires and it was the worst experience ever. They never called me to tell me my tires were in until I called and the guy stated they had been there for a few days. I then arrived for my appointment and 2 hours later I get a call saying they are just now working on the car and they can’t put the supplier tires on because they are out of date according to Costco policy. The same thing happens 4 days later. I decided to order a different brand to see if that helps. I arrive for my appointment and two people proceed to tell me I owe $500 for the tires but I explained that I spoke with Dalton who is a supervisor and stated he told me he would keep my money on the account and not refund me for the old tires that didn’t work so that the money would go straight to the new brand I was ordering and since they were cheaper I would get money back. The man at the cashier said that “they don’t keep money on file” After 30 minutes they finally realized they owe ME over $200. 5 hours later I get a call saying they ordered the wrong size of tires for my car. I get my car back and my tires aren’t even properly inflated. SO many mistakes, truly a frustrating experience.

Love costco but hate tire center. Arrive 9:45 for first 10am appointment. Told 90 minutes. 90 minutes later and car has not moved. Supervisor Nathan tells me to expect 2 hours and 30 minutes now. Maybe hire someone with a high-school education that can schedule and assist loyal customers.

I brought my car over there for fixingone leaked tire and rotation. It ended up they broke one of my lug nut stud and asked me to bring to different place to fix it without any reimbursement. First, they blamed with wear and tear. It seems not strong enough and they blamed that previous mechanic overtightened the lug nut. They did break it but not willing to responsibility for it. I waited 2 hours over there with my car got broken lug nut stud and the leaked tire was not fixed. I am not happy with the tire service at Costco and never buy the tires there.

I will not recommend Costco Tires for a new tire installation. While on paper they offer great warranty, but its totally useless. I bought new tires for my car this month. A week later, I had a flat tire. I called them and was told that the first appointment they can give me is a month out, and as a result I had to take the car to another tire shop and replace the flat tire. Costco warranty for road hazard is useless as they are almost always super busy and will not be able to get you in to repair/replace damaged tire. My second car needs new tires and I will mostly go with Discount Tires or a local tire shop.

Got my tires here. Easy enough. But then had one of the tires with a slow leak and had to keep adding air. So next appointment online to get it fixed was 3 weeks out! So I walked in to get it fixed and they couldn't tell me how long I'd have to wait, so I sat there... and sat there. Finally after 3 hours they fixed it with a note to come back after 25 Mike's for a "torque verification check, no appointment needed". No thanks. Next set of tires will come from somewhere else.

Awful, unprofessional service. I made a mistake buying tires from Costco and now I have to go back for tire rotations to maintain warranty. Lest time it took 2 hours (tire rotation is 20 minute job) and they failed to fill up tires to required pressure, leaving them at half of the required pressure. After I called it out the shift manager proceeded to lie to me that they did inflate it to spec just to switch to apologizing once I showed him real numbers. And no, they did not offer to fix their mistake. Had to inflate my tires myself, in the dark under the rain.
