Costco pharmacies are a consistent outlier in the quality of service one would expect from the company. Associates are routinely abrupt and bordering on rude. Relatively simple tasks (e.g., transferring a prescription) routinely require 2-3 repeat phone calls to be accomplished.

Thank you for being so awesome. I arrived Tuesday to pick up my prescription. It was totally fouled up. 20 minutes later I was out the door with the right stuff. I was impressed how the pharmacist picked up the phone and solved the problem with no hassle.

We came here earlier in the week on Monday evening for flu shot and was told that they close early today. We asked what day would be less crowded to come back and was advice Tues to Thursday is good.
