We are extremely pleased with the care our pets receive, and the kindness of the staff towards our pets and us. I particularly appreciate the time spent, and now we’ll the doctors explain things when you have a sick pet. We changed to Cobblestone last year and are very happy we did.

Cobblestone is a such a friendly environment. From the very helpful veterinary receptionist Kalyn, to the AMAZING technicians Zoe and Bianey. Dr. Russell answers all my 300 questions I have. My dog Sidney loves seeing her friends at CAH. I recommend them to anyone who wants someone to love their pets as much as you do.

Dr. Ellsworth and the entire staff were professional, cordial, accommodating and efficient. Their love and concern for our Panko were abundantly evident. Highest recommendation.

Every time I reach out to Cobblestone I receive a quick response with detail and obvious care for my dog. At every visit my dog is flooded with love and attention, which makes the experience less stressful for him. We love Cobblestone!

They were incredibly kind, educational, and welcoming for my pet when I came in for a second opinion on a mass. They gave me a large amount of information to consider for my pet's mast cell tumor that was recently diagnosed. I will be transferring my three pets care over to this clinic in the summer once I finish out their wellness plans at another clinic. Top notch and were very quick to get me in.

I love how quickly we are attended to, and how genuine and sweet everyone is with my dog even though she is anxious and high stress at the vet. My vet Dr. Russel is always very informative and clear, covering all my concerns. It never feels rushed! Thank you.

We always have a good experience when bringing our two pups in to Cobblestone Animal Hospital. Loli and Ruby used to be petrified of visiting the veterinarian. I just realized they are not anxious at all now. We so appreciate the time and care given to our pups. I also appreciate the prompt response when I have a question or worry. John and Janet McIntosh

10/7/2023 Dr.Peng finally back from her vacation. I'm very grateful that she called me twice, patiently explained the vaccine issues. Such a owner can truly earn customer trust.9/30 My email - I'm sorry, I still don't understand why the bill says "three weeks" but the next reminder is for the initial dose. Shouldn't it be the initial dose first and then a reminder three weeks later? Also, can you tell me how many doses she received today? Please see the attached.Thank youThey answered:Yes it looks like someone accidentally put them in backwards. This is easily fixed in her file. Mocha received the initial lepto vaccines today (one dose)This email made me feel uncomfortableI understand what I know For lepto initial typically start with two doses of vaccine . Because their input caused issues and they claim that someone else made the input error? Who is it? If it's Tech, do they charge for it? Shouldn't they take this seriously to earn this money? The attitude of person BEKAH who answered the phone and responded in the email both seem indifferent. In the letter and on the phone, no apologies or even a 'sorry.' Is this how she learned to treat customers . When I mentioned wanting to contact the owner, it was also casual, with no explanation, just deflecting responsibility. Maybe it doesn't matter to them, but shouldn't work be meticulous? I hope Dr. Peng can contact me.10/2 The hospital manager replied email . She still doesn't think there" anything wrong with this case. Here's my response:Hi Jasmine,Thank you for your response. You mentioned, "my team did the appropriate and correct things." Shouldn't they have checked the order before printing it for the customer? Why cause confusion for the customer? Also, why were they impatient and didn't explain when the customer called to inquire why only one shot was administered? Aren't you all professionals?
