Incredible arrangements, courteous and professional service, delivery usually within a day or so, and just amazing overall! I have bought my mother flowers from here every year for over a decade. I always ask for long stem seasonal flowers in a tall vase, and they never disappoint! I love Cinnamon's!

Beautiful flowers and amazing service! I wasn’t home for the delivery so our gate was closed. The delivery person walked up our very long and steep driveway to leave it at our front door. Thank you!

Not a good experience, you may want to consider another local florist. This scenario was completely unnecessary and unprofessional at best, and shady at worst. The online ordering system does not auto-generate a delivery confirmation like most florists. That's fine but for the fact nobody answered the business number during business hours that day or the next, to confirm the delivery was made. During one of the call attempts, after ringing over 20 times, the call appeared to be forwarded to a generic voicemail with no greeting that tied it to the business. I left a message requesting confirmation of the delivery and included the order number and my contact number. Over an hour later I received a "text" from an unknown 3rd party cell number from "Theresa" asking for the order details which I had already given on the message. I texted back that the incoming number alerted as spam and asked for confirmation "Theresa" worked for the florist, and asked for a phone call instead - preferably from the florist business number since it was during business hours. Or, email a delivery confirmation from the business order system. "Theresa" never responded back so I called the business number one last time, again during business hours, and still no answer. Unfortunately I was put in the awkward position of contacting a member of the funeral party who confirmed the delivery was made. Poor customer service all around; ridiculous.

Cinnamon's Florist was so helpful with sending flowers to my Mom for Mothers day. She was thrilled with the beautiful arrangement she received. I will be using them again for all my future flower orders! Great Job!!

I ordered the Premium bouquet (the most expensive upgrade) and it looked nothing like the photo! The arrangement was tiny and missing half the flowers!!!not as advertised for something I paid more than $120 for! Will not recommend to anyone. Very disappointing.

I found Cinnamon's Florist last minute after my florist didn't fulfill my order for a memorial service. I called and Teresa was able to put the beautiful flower arrangement for me with 30 minutes. She was so attentive and asked for flowers that I would like. Exceptional customer service and saved my day.

Terrible quality. I paid for the Premium upgrade and the flowers received were sparse and MISSING half the arrangement! Shocking for paying more than 120!!!! Will definitely not be recommending!

One of their employees, (Danielle), has such a beautiful soul and it shows through her beautifully put together arrangements. Here is the most recent one I received and I'm blown away. Best florist shop ever!!! Highly recommend, they put hard work into their pieces!

I ordered a bouquet of flowers for $230+ and Happy Birthday balloon. What I got instead was a Walmart quality bouquet and no balloon. This shoe is a ripoff, they don’t practice honest business. Worst florist ever!!!! See the picture of the most underwhelming bouquet.

Went in to grab some lilies and the service didn't disappoint. Named a budget, had a few choices and left with a great bouquet. Friendly conversation too! Definitely better value than florists I've tried .
