Shopping here is a lot like stopping by a friend's boutique to see what's new and what bargains may be available on the sale rack. This visit I scored 3 tops on a final sale rack. I also got to hear about why some people enjoy bold patterns or solid fabrics and how to accessorize anything. Recommended!

I called Lynn the night before my visit as I was frantic to find comfortable jeans for our Alaskan cruise. She set some aside for me to try on the next day(I bought jeans and jeggings.) When I arrived at the store I was greeted warmly by Arabella. She was helpful and encouraging, making my visit a very pleasant one! Carol was charming and helpful too, and applied all my coupons! Thank you ladies, for "hooking me up" for my Alaskan cruise!

The sale’s associates were friendly and easy to work with however, post sale they, along with the Chico’s customer service is not easy to work with. I made an in-store purchase on March 24, 2022. One item they ordered to be delivered to my house. I worked with Annabelle, whom was awesome, to really nag me out and place my order. I gave her my license to update my current address before the order was placed. Once my receipt was printed it had my old address printed where I have not lived at for over 2 1/2 years. She had her manager come to the register to show my updated address and what the receipt showed. The manager told me that it takes a short while for the system to sync with my new address and assured me that my package would arrive at my home address and not my old address. I asked that they confirm that my shipping address was correct before leaving because I lived 2+ hours from both my home, store and old address and the manager told me not to worry she sees this all the time and guaranteed me my package would arrive at my home address. The package was delivered on March 26th to my old address. I reached out to the store and spoke with Annabelle and she remembered the whole conversation and what her manager had stated. Before I could tell her that the package was delivered to my old address she again assured me it would deliver to my correct address. I told her it was sent to the wrong address and they said they couldn’t help me and referred me to their customer service. I called the customer service and after being on hold for 20 minutes a representative picked up the phone and then disconnected the call. I called back a while later and sat on hold for 30 mins until a representative picked up. 10 mins into the call, after the representative confirmed my contact information, after I did this in-store, they had to update my contact info again including an old email address that was about 18-20 years old and didn’t have my current email that has been in the system for years. Once my contact info was updated the representative said they were processing my return and would then reorder my item and put me on hold and then disconnected my call. I never received a return call or an email to complete the return and repurchase my item. I have spent 1 hour on the phone and still have no idea if my return has been processed. The customer service is awful! I am very disappointed how this has been handled!

Don't get the jeggings. I bought 2 pairs ($89 each) in December and they didn't last more than 4 months. My target jeggings lasted longer for $27. When I brought the jeggings in and showed the extreme amount of wear(which never happened in the past) I was refused an exchange because it had been too long since the purchase.

Friendly clerks. Unfortunately the petites department is minimal. So many wonderful blouses and tops in the store that we of shorter statue can never wear.

Went in to the store today in Issaquah to return something that belonged to my mom which still had tags on it. She recently passed away and we are tying up loose ends. First sales person helpful but went to get to the assistant sales person to help out who was down right nasty and disrespectful without even knowing the situation at hand. No we don't do this or that, she says! Telling us to leave the store and not return. Have never been treated with such disrespect in all my life. We said no we are not leaving we wish to speak to the manager of the store. Manager extremely helpful and respectful and deserves some praise. The assistant manager should be fired. That is not how you treat customers you worthless piece of sh$t!

Liked this location and had help from Carol who was nice and caring. Purchased 2 tops and will wait to arrive as they didn't have my size in hand. The ladies were funny and helpful!
