Klahanie's Chevron has been such a blessing to this community for decades! Dave and his staff always are so willing and happy to help with any situation! I wouldn't take my car anywhere else for my oil changes or tire issues or whatever the issue.They always are pleasant to work with and take of the customer. Tonight at 5pm I came in because my tire was losing air and, on the spot, they detected it was a valve issue and took care of it for me immediately so I didn't have to leave it overnight to get fixed the next day. I appreciate them very much! Thank you Dave!

Gas pumps exceptionally slow. No pump inspections by state since 2019. Credit card readers don’t work at the pump. Specifically, they give error messages and wrong instructions - cashiers are helpful to run the card, which always works inside. Though - they too are obviously tired of hearing about it. This is my regular station, I’ll keep coming here - but they need to know things are not working correctly. Thus, 2 stars. Please fix and I’ll happily increase my rating.

Beyond discouraged at this point.. Already went through an incident at a different shop (and a lot of money) where apparently my belt was changed out, but it really wasn’t.My car squeals on start up when the engine is cold.This shop came highly recommend, so I was pretty disappointed.First off the cashier at check in, she was extremely rude. Then I forked out another $300 to have my belt changed “again.” They assured me this was the only issues. They also assured me the issue was resolved.As soon as I started my car, I could tell it wasn’t fixed. My car normally never squealed when the engine was warmed up for the day, but it did it multiple times when I tried it out. I decided to give it time to see if things needed to settle.When I started my car for work this morning though, I’m pretty sure I just woke up the whole neighborhood. The noise is way worse than it was before & my car even squealed as I drove through the complex.That’s a new addition… Before it would quietly squeal for a few secs and then the noise went away.To boot, they parked my car very far away from the shop. Didn’t tell me where it was, just pointed in the general direction. So I had to wander around a grocery store parking lot in a rain storm, searching for my car. They parked over the line in the spot they put my car in and it was pretty much touching the car parked in front of it.. I was terrified to start my car, in-case it accidentally nudge forward when I removed the parking break.All in all a terrible experience.. So gutted that I’ve forked out another $300, only to have to go somewhere else to try and actually get my car fixed - again!

After getting new tires put on at Costco I was driving and my wheel suddenly started making a loud noise. Luckily I made it into this shop just in time. Even though they were booked out and busy Jason helped diagnose the issue (lug nuts weren't tightened) and made sure every lug nut on all my wheels was torqued to spec. Extremely nice guy. Would definitely recommend.

This place is First Class! They know what they are doing and they charge very reasonable prices! The only downside is they are so busy they are often booked out a couple of weeks! Well worth the wait! They are honest and don't recommend unnecessary repairs! Highly Recommended!!

This is my go to gas station. The one closer to the freeway seem to have 10-20 cent higher prices. Have had no issues and the pumps are typical to a Chevron.

Literally my tire went flat in the parking lot of the QFC, thank goodness for Jason at the Chevron Service Center, he was incredibly nice, and put on the spare for me immediately. I don't think I can say enough words for how kind and helpful he was. Would give 10 stars if I could!

Professional customer service by cashier and shop manager. Flexible and accommodating with schedules. Repairs made in a timely manor. Communicated play by play of what was going to happen, what happened and what the results were. Reasonably priced. Detailed notes on invoice as well.

Great service consistently. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Ken has worked on my older car and saved me $$ compared to other places I used to go. I highly recommend this Chevron service ??

I suggest the Safeway gas station in the Issaquah Highlands. The staff will treat you better.

I have been using a garage in Fall City for 25 years. Took my Subaru Forrester in for a 60 K service and to check a vibration. I paid $600 for a spark plug change and they found nothing else. I was not 2 blocks from the garage when the vibration occurred. So disappointed. Took it to Klahanie Chevron. They found a disintegrated control arm bushing and a few other issues. All the service was completed same day, car was clean and all my issues gone. Im not a mechanic at all. I have no problem paying when I am confident I am paying a professional for a job well done. I am confident Klahanie Chevron took excellent care of my car, I have no need to go anywhere else in the future.
