TERRIBLE, rude an unhelpful staff. Mgmt to tellers at this location seem to always be surely, not interested in providing any sort of customer service. I’ll stick to the Lake Sammamish branch. I really believe this stems from mgmt.

My first negative review ever. Would say this is the worst chase branch don't go here. Save yourself the trouble and just go to the other one 3 minutes away. Super rude staff.

They would not give me a signature medallion guarantee stamp (I am a Chase customer) or exchange foreign currency as it had a fold in it. Very bad service.
