I came to Eric and his team for help after an amp install at another local installation company went seriously wrong. I arrived with an amp installed in a poor location, a brand new subwoofer I had been told was blown, and six new speakers and tweeters that sounded like they were near death.
Not only did Eric’s team get me in the same day, but within five hours my amp had been relocated to a better location, my subwoofer (which wasn’t blown) had been reinstalled, the wiring had been corrected, and my system was bumping!
I’m so grateful for their expertise, willingness to help fix the problems, and ability to provide exactly what I asked for. I highly recommend working with them!

Eric and Doug are the funniest and kindest to work with. They made my 2003 Mazda protege shine on the inside like I’ve never seen before. Amazing detail skills and got me done in a timely manner. I will definitely be going back and also telling my friends about them. Way to go. Keep it up.

Generally unhelpful. They offer very uncompetitive pricing, especially the 165 an hour they currently charge for install work. It’s easy to understand why their stores are so empty.

My third attempt at having work done at the Issaqua Washington location, this is always a nightmare! I have scheduled an appointment every time. But for whatever reason it’s never done. Stereo installation should never take 8hrs. Again my third appointment and 5 hrs later the work on my vehicle hadn’t even begun. Will never return. Would never recommend this location to anyone.

I purchased pioneer CarPlay from this store about two years ago. Since then quit working completely three different times. The very first time it was under warranty, ultimately just did something to the wiring and fixed it. The second time it was just about out of warranty, so they said they would just replace the unit. The funny thing is when I went to pick my car up. My cell phone was already paired to this unit. So I’m pretty sure they didn’t replace it. Now it’s out of warranty and the same thing happened, they want to charge me $150 for diagnosing something that has happened three times. when they installed, this Pioneer CarPlay they cut and hacked my dash up so bad that I can’t even put my stock stereo back in. Now I have no blue tooth, no back up camera and no stereo, two of the three are a safety concern. As far as I’m concerned, this should fall under some kind of a lemon law, which I am going to check out.
I have used car toys before the kids who were working there were not even alive when I first bought from Car Toys. Years ago the employees of car toys seem to take pride and what they do and if you had issues with something they installed they were all over it. Nowadays, it’s just not that way.

Shawn did a great job on the installation. Carlos was also very helpful.
Car Toys seems to have some supply chain issues because getting the correct parts was very time consuming.

I went in to get a car system out into my car. They quoted me $2450, I paid for it up front. I had to wait for a speaker to come in that was specially ordered. In the mean time, I thought I would do around and see if I could find somewhere that would/ could do it for way less and I did. So I go back in and all for a refund, they tell me they can't pay me in cash because they don't have that kind of money there and that i will be issued a check and mailed out to me. It shouldnt be longer than a week or two, I said ok that's fine. So it's been a lil over 3 weeks now and I still haven't received that check and I've been trying to call them to talk to them and they keep saying they'll call me back, it's not on them, it's on corporate. I got one call back and that was it. Now, I'm a lil irritated with the whole thing cuz they're not giving me any good customer service! I deserve to know when I'm supposed to be getting my check and shouldn't have to pay phone tag with them! This is ridiculous! It's really upsetting and frustrating!
