Sent our 3 year old there as back up care when our usual school (Children's Courtyard of Issaquah) was closed for holiday. Our little girl came back with a BITE on her cheek. No one called me. Had they, I would have picked her up.Husband talked to the director, Hannah, who informed him that this particular child has had ONGOING behavior issues. That would have been nice to know before we left our child there. We would like the other kid's parent contact information and a valid reason for this. Our little is almost certainly, and understandably going to be fearful of new school situations now where as before, she loved new faces and friends.0/10.We won't be going back and I highly advise anyone else to look into other facilities.

I could not be more happy with this school, my 2.5 year old son started 2 weeks ago, he has an autism diagnosis and his teachers have been SO wonderful. Ms. Riley and Ms. Avery (and all the floating teachers) have been so kind, knowledgeable, and empathetic. I used to be so stressed and worried at his previous school and the relief of knowing he is well taken care of now is priceless. I really appreciate working with the director & assistant director, Matt and Hannah. They are so nice, capable, and positive. So happy our son ended up here!

My daughter has been going here since 2018, with a pause last year due to the coronavirus. Overall the experience for us has been very positive, I have high regard for the staff at the center, and I truly appreciate the teachers for taking care for my daughter. The pandemic, if anything, has taught me the value of a reliable daycare, and the center, from the director to the teachers, the chef, the front desk, have my utmost respect. I would totally recommend this center and Bright Horizons to anybody!

We've been sending our toddler son for little over a month and our experience has been great! We were skeptical if our son would get used to a daycare but thanks to the friendly, caring staff and teachers, the transition has been smooth and my son got used to schedule quickly and the curriculum is excellent. I also love the frequent updates on the mobile app for a peace of mind. Highly recommend this center!

Great place for kids. I’ve been having my daughter here for about 2.5 years now and have no complaints. Daughter has become very social now. They keep kids brain stimulated and send routine reports so that you understand how your kids are growing.

My daughter has been going to this center since 2018, with a pause last year due to the Coronavirus. Overall our experience has been very positive! She is learning things, making friends, talking about her day with excitement, talking about her friends, and the activities she did. The staff, from the director to the teachers, are responsive and detail-oriented. I receive weekly update on the learning plan and menu. Before the pandemic, there were several events where parents can get involved, for some you can meet other parents. Now that we are in the pandemic, they have cancelled all the in-person events for parents and established stricter protocols in the center regarding drop-off and pick-ups, and parents cannot go pass the front desk anymore. I am actually fine with the protocols as long as they can keep the virus at bay, and they have. In conclusion, I would recommend this center to any parents! The hard lesson I learned during the pandemic is that a reliable daycare is absolutely key to the parents. Parents not only need time to work, they also need to know their kids are safe. Bright Horizons at the Highlands, has exceeded my expectation so far!

Our son attended summer camp there last year and he had a great time. The teachers and the admin team at the center are professional and nurturing, and our normally shy son warmed right up and even made some new friends. I would not hesitate to recommend this center to anyone!
