If I could give this place a zero I would. I'm a single coparent, so I can't just move my kid to a different school.I dropped my child off a few weeks ago. A teacher here (Gloria) claims that I "smelled strongly of alcohol". Rather than make that report through the normal chain, she waited until her lunch break and told a fellow teacher (who is also my ex) about it. My ex (again, also a teacher) then reported this through an official channel to the court, as well as to management. Management "investigated" and decided it wasn't worth pursuing. It should be noted that I literally haven't had a drink in months. When I confronted the Regional Director, she started a pedantic argument with me about the definition of slander, and promised there would be training for the teacher in question. . She then gaslit me about the difference between an accusation and an observation. Basically just slimy word games with no accountability whatsoever. This company is absolutely abysmal, and they will disrespect you at every opportunity. If you wanna pay like 1300 to 1600 a month to be treated like trash, this is the place I suppose.

we had a tour last week and the center was just remodeled, brand new. folks are very nice and patient as well.we didn't choose just because it's a bit far from our home, but it's a good daycare center.

TL;DR: Will leave 0 star if such option exists. Our back-up care experience with Bright Horizons at Issaquah is the worst we've ever had:1. We feel the lady at front desk for registration was trying her best to set up obstacle for the admission process. She is very unfriendly and really enjoy being in power for things she can control.2. The teacher at classroom set up mandatory "quiet time" at noon, and only children who can survive this "quiet time" are allowed to play quietly during the nap time. Otherwise, they are induced to take >2.5 hrs nap time. They refuse to set up an alarm to wake the kid up. As a result, our kid stay up late at night like 11:30PM while he normally falls asleep before 9PM. This largely defeats our purpose of sending kid to daycare so as to save more energy at work.3. Our 5 yr kid literally cries and runs away every morning before entering the daycare, which is super unusual. In the end, have to quit the care to avoid further hassle.

We are very glad to have chosen Bright Horizons, Issaquah as a daycare for our 11 month old. It's been a little more than a month since he started going to the daycare, and it's been a pleasant one.It was pretty nerve-wracking sending over our boy to a daycare for the first time, and that too amid COVID. But, the team handled it very well. We had an onboarding call set up by the daycare director Ms. Stacy with Ms. Heather and Ms. Angel. They answered all of our concerns about health and safety (esp. in relation to COVID), planning for the initial days and further, understanding more about the kiddo so that he can transition well and have a good time there, and what to expect on the first day. With that, the first day went better than anticipated. It's been a month so far, and our boy seems to be having a great time there. We enjoy getting periodic updates about his activities, and his photographs on the app throughout the day. The curriculum and the activities are geared not only towards the child having a good time but also towards cognitive development. These include learning about various textures, playing with musical instruments, being aware of the surrounding, and other activities to improve motor skills, hand-eye coordination etc.

I called the main office to schedule a virtual tour and interview for the Bright Horizons Issaquah office. Literally 2 minutes before my scheduled appointment, someone called me from their office that they needed to cancel. They gave some excuse and I accepted kindly. They said they can reschedule me to next week, a date and time were given. Oddly they said they wouldn’t send me a new zoom invite and just use the old one for the next appointment. The day of the appointment came and I never received a confirmation email. I called them multiple times and left voicemail about my appointment but no one responded. I logged into Zoom at the agreed upon time and waited for 10 minutes but no one showed.I feel this is very unprofessional. If they are already this poor at attention to detail and responsiveness, I can’t imagine safely leaving my infant in their care. This is a reflection of their lack of responsibility.

My 3 year old has been going to this daycare since he was 1, and loves it. During COVID they took a break due to what was best for the kids and staff. During this time we tried out a different reputable daycare for a few months and my son cried every day at drop off, which he never does at this center. When we returned to BH after they reopened, I could tell a huge difference in his happiness and when I drop him off he doesn't even stop to say goodbye before he races to his class! The staff here are experienced and we have been very impressed with all the teachers.

This Bright Horizons is absolutely wonderful! I can't say enough about the leadership, teachers and support staff! It is so comforting to be able to have this "family" care for my children. They do a fantastic job getting to know the children and communicating with the parents. So many of the teachers have been there for years and clearly enjoy their jobs. I feel lucky to have them as an extension of our family. No doubt, 5 out of 5 stars.

Ms. Stacy the director is one of the best you will meet. She is very knowledgeable, always smiling, tries to accommodate your children needs and provide all the help she could.Ms. Michelle is a wonderful toddler's teacher. My son loves her classroom. She keeps the kids busy with educational activities every day. She emails many pictures, narrative of what have been done that day and individual feedback.Ms. Poornima and Ms. Jessica have great patience with the kids, they know how to give especial attention to individuals and they give me a lot of feedback every day!

We have loved our experience with Bright Horizons Issaquah. My son started when he was 3 months old in the infant room and he LOVED Ms. Nicole (and still does!). It was so awesome to see their bond and how well she cared for him. He is now in toddlers and doing really well there! He is learning like crazy and I love the good habits they are building (like helping put his toys and things away, saying please, etc.). Overall, highly recommend! We are always warmly greeted by name when we walk in and everyone has been warm and welcoming.

I really love this bright horizon Issaquah. Outstanding teachers Mr David and Mrs Maria here at the K-prep( my daughter was in K-prep), Miss Bernedatte too. They have such love to teach the kids and my daughter has progressed so much ever since she started this school. They've got STEM program and are strong in academics too. Certainly, the best decision I had made to put my daughter in this school. It doesn't come cheap but best investment certainly if one could afford it somehow. Sarah made our registration a breeze and is always so accommodating to my inquiries and always there to help. They offer delicious healthy home-made meals for the little ones and it puts my heart at ease that the little kids are getting good nutrition through healthy food choices. Great job everyone at Bright horizons Issaquah!! We miss you after our move!

My son (8 months) has been at Bright Horizons for 5 months. We’ve really enjoyed our experience so far. The teachers are awesome - really get to know him as an individual. He seems to have built solid relationships with his primary teachers. I love getting pictures of the fun things he does through the day!

Whenever I walk in or out with our son, other staff people who are not working in his room wave and smile and usually greet him by name. We've been so grateful for the care and attention our son has received. After the initial adjustment, drop-offs have been a breeze, my son looks forward to daycare and barely notices when I leave. Our son was hit with separation anxiety pretty hard and even nearly 6 months after starting, he still struggles whenever there's a change in routine or staff (sick days, vacation days, staff break time), but everyone is very kind to us and our son! He's clearly bonded with his regular caregivers and we often get pictures during the day of fun-looking activities and our laughing child, plus more art for our fridge than we can display!
