Boehms Candy in Issaquah, WA, is a fantastic spot known for its amazing chocolate. Established in 1942 by the Boehm family, this place has been making delicious treats for over 80 years, and you can really taste the quality in every bite!
The grounds are just as delightful as the candy. The charming chalet-style building gives it a cozy, mountain feel, and the surrounding park is beautifully kept, making it a lovely place to stroll around while enjoying their sweets.
One of the coolest things about Boehms Candy is that they offer tours of their factory during the off-season. It’s a fun opportunity to see how their chocolate is made and learn a bit about the history of this beloved candy shop.
Whether you're from the area or just visiting, you definitely need to stop by Boehms Candy. With delicious chocolates, a beautiful setting, and the chance to see how it's all made, it’s an experience you won’t forget. Treat yourself to some of their famous chocolates, and you’ll see why Boehms has such a great reputation!

A place to pamper myself. Pick up an ice cream bar and distress myself. Away from the noise and chaos, kids and non stop meetings.

Come for the candy, stroll the grounds and the chapel and take the tour! This is a wonderful hidden gem in the Pacific Northwest. When we were checking out with our purchases of beautiful chocolates, the cashier hit the "no tip" button and spun the POS (Point of Sale) tablet for me to tap my card and sign. I was so impressed that I pulled cash out of my wallet and put it in her jar! Kudos to Boehm's management! I didn't think I could love this place more, but they proved me wrong!

Unique and beautiful little Alpine chocolate shop! The prices say "tourist trap" but the atmosphere is friendly and casual. Chocolate is second to none and there's something for everyone! Will definitely be back.
Kid-friendliness: Our kids had fun picking out treats and eating in the garden. (Shop is small, so you will want to pick, pay, and move on.)

Just don’t mistakenly get the chocolate covered black licorice when you mean to get the chocolate covered red licorice :)
