I needed three bottles of wine for a visit to Seattle so I made a quick stop at this BevMo location. One of their employees immediately helped me find exactly the types of wine I was looking for. The person that helped me had a strong knowledge of Washington wines and made great recommendations.

double the price for half the riceabsolute insane markup for minisdouble the price for belvedere vodka compared to safeway which crazy enough is right next door.$27 at safeway, $50 !!! at bevmo

Great place to find liquor that's rarely available at most places. However a little pricey. The staff (except one person) were not that friendly. Maybe the shift in which I visited.They have an extensive selection of hard and soft liquor. Like the fact that they carry multiple brands to suit ones preference.

Huge selection and friendly people. I didn’t know where a few things were, but one of their employees walked me around the whole store trying to find the specific items I needed for a party I was hosting.
The prices are also way better than the competition, so it’s worth going out of my way when I need to buy more than one item.

The staff are incompetent. I came to pick up an order and showed them the confirmation email. They insisted that the order # I showed is not an order # they recognize in the system even though I'm showing the email and the contents of the order. The woman indicated that the only paper bag they see is a pickup and not a delivery. I told them why would I pick up a delivery if I'm there in person picking up the order. As you can see in the photo, staff are not very attentive - it was a quiet time and yet, they were not proactively helpful. I usually have good experience with BevMo! but for some reason, the staff who attended to me were incompetent.

You'd think they'd have good prices but grocery stores are generally less expensive. Huge stores with giant refrigerators everywhere yet they don't keep any white wines chilled and ready to drink. Even dinky liquor stores do that.
