Very disappointed. The center is unfortunately focused only on making money instead of making sure kid’s learn more. Despite paying the full fees, the center manager (Joslyn Williams) started asking me for more money. Each time my son finished his assignment and submit before 1 week, I'll ask to pick another one during submission. Joslyn Williams asked me to pay additional fees, 1 additional assignment equivalent to 1-week "additional" fees, apart from what I am already paying per month. So, if your kid is smart and wants to do 2 practice assignments in 1 week, Joslyn will charge more proportionally. She even said that my son should not do more than 1 assignment as she does not believe that practicing more will make him better.

It's unfortunate to see that the Issaquah center is focused only on making profit rather than kids learning. I enrolled my kid into the English program here, once a week class. Each time my son finished his assignment and submit before 1 week, I'll ask to pick another one during submission. The center manager (Joslyn Williams, M.Ed.) asked me to pay additional fees, 1 additional assignment equivalent to 1-week "additional" fees, apart from what I am already paying per month. So, if your kid is smart and wants to do 2 practice assignments in 1 week, Joslyn will charge more proportionally. She even said that my son should not do more than 1 assignment as she does not believe that practicing more will make him better (Unbelievable!). I even asked them to send me digital copy instead and I can take a printout, its just 6 pages. They refused to send me digital copy (saying it's not available) and can only charge me more if I want my kid to get ahead in studies/ahead of the curve. I believe this practice of charging additional fees is unethical and I have never heard of any learning institute doing this. This clearly shows that the institute is not in the best interest of the student learning more but more of a profit-making center. Of course, I terminated my son's enrollment as soon as I was able to read the manager. Sad.Honestly, I never cared about the money, but it was about ethics for me. Since the center manager focus is only on money, I doubt the kid can really learn and 'excel'. Since this is a franchise model, I am not sure about other locations. I hope this malpractice does not exist in other locations.

Best in Class is the best. My son learns a lot of new things each week!

It is a good tutoring center but little crowded at times and that can get in the way of the learning.
