What a great place to go back in time. ?
You will likely find your great grandparents' grandfather or cuckoo clock in this treasure shop. They also fix watches and replace batteries. Many decades of experience.
You'll probably want to buy something. There are just too many interesting time pieces in every imaginable style.

This is such a whimsical clock shop on Gilman Blvd, Issaquah.
The owner Aubrey guarantees his work and when he can't guarantee his work he doesn't charge even though he worked on the clock for hours. Recently, my wife brought in a vintage clock made in Germany. He cleaned it and oiled it but he said it didn't work continuously. He said he couldn't guarantee his work so he wouldn't charge for it. I am pleasantly surprised to find this level of professionalism still exists. I highly recommend to bring all clock and watch issues to Aubrey.

I am so incredibly disappointed in the lack of customer service I received from who I presume was the owner himself. I called prior to coming in, my father recently passed, and I found some very old brass and silver clocks that belonged to my grandparents and great grandparents, that were not in working condition. I explained the situation and their condition to the owner on the phone before coming in, and he told me to bring them in for a look. When I arrived, I set the clocks on the counter, he immediately looked at them and told me they were trash. And I quote “Just throw them in the trash, they’re worthless” At first, I thought he was joking, but no, he was quite serious in his response. He said parts for these clocks were no longer made and that was that. I think the part that is most upsetting to me is that he brushed my clocks off so quickly, without even a second thought to try and find the parts to repair them. When I asked if he could give me a recommendation for another shop, he told me not to bother because they could not be repaired. My clocks are not worth thousands of dollars like the others that fill your shop, but they have sentimental value for which I was willing to pay to have them repaired and restored. I decided to get a second and or third opinion if needed, I made two phone calls, to the two other shops right here in Issaquah. After which I made it over to Sierra repairs inside of the Fred Meyer’s. It has been almost two weeks since I have dropped my clocks off, and the owner has exhausted all efforts to find new parts and is now working on finding the same clocks to purchase and swap parts out to restore mine.Mister Aubrey. You should really be more considerate with what you call trash. A simple, “this is more work than I care to take on” would have been sufficient.

A dear old friend who is a true, passionate, and renowned horologist and collector patiently taught me appreciation for old clocks years ago. So every time I see an antique clock shop, I feel the urge to check it out. This is why on Halloween, I had to walk into this shop with my kids and another friend and her two kids, exclaiming how much I love old clocks. She apparently remembered that and when my birthday came around, she went back to get a clock for me. But then had to give up because the visit turned into a horrible experience. I had promised the owner that I would come back to the store to check it out without my excited kids, but upon hearing my friend's story, I am aghast! When somebody asks why something in your store costs this or that much, the cynical answer should not be, "Because people want to pay this or that much"! True horologists educate the public what gives old clocks their value! Nor is it ok to mock new customer for not knowing anything about the objects you sell! She had her young children with her (who are always perfectly behaved, btw!). One of these kids is extremely passionate about anything mechanical, and this was an incredible opportunity to instill passion for clocks and gears into a young person, maybe generate a future customer... instead you mistreated his mother in front of them! I surely hope that the fact that she was wearing a hijab was not a factor in this mistreatment... When she told the staff that was talking down to her that she was shopping for her friend's birthday (which should be a surprise) and that she herself knew nothing about old clocks, they told her to just send over her friend, they would explain everything to me. No thank you, if that's how you treat a customer, I want nothing to do with you. This place is clearly all about making money and not about treating people with dignity and sharing the joy of old clocks.

Amazing watch and clock gallery located in Gilman Village. Aubrey and his staff are friendly and quickly took care of 10 old watches that needed battery replacements and minor repairs. One included a sentimental TAG Heuer 1000 Professional from medical school 30 years ago that had stopped working and not been used in over 15 years. They immediately discovered a battery leak and corrosion damage upon open inspection. I was prepared to keep it as a memento piece, but they offered to repair it with timepiece and gasket replacements for half the price of the TAG Heuer Overhaul Service. A week later, I have a rejuvenated TAG watch that I love and could not be more pleased with their workmanship. They charged me exactly what they quoted in their estimate and the watchmaker gave me a detailed explanation of the repaired parts and water testing. I've brought them everything ranging from Swiss Army watches to Tiffany timepieces and they have not disappointed. Aubrey also has a great lifestory on his webpage worth a read.
