I have done therapy before in other places in the past and this place and people rank very high. Abby is my therapist but they all seem to work as a team, which I love. I feel I am listened to and my questions answered. I feel improvement in my therapy and feel my workouts are appropriate. I would highly recommend this place and therapist. This place has good vibes.

Google asked for me to “rate & share the details of my experience” Which is the only reason I’m giving 4 not 5 stars. My insurance company requires me to go to PT before they will approve a MRI. The MRI is required by the spinal specialist to make an appointment 4 months from now. My spinal injury is real. I had the same part of my back require surgery 20 years ago. This injury has all the exact same symptoms it just on the right side of my back not the left. I say all that to say ATI is doing what they do. They specialize in reducing pain and helping the body repair itself through various exercises and stretches. ATI Issaquah did a great job except for the fact that a herniated and or bulging disc in your back can’t be solved very often by exercises and stretching. But I go to the appointments because I have to. And I suffer for 2 days after. Not soreness. But real debilitating can barely walk much less sleep pain after I attempt to do what they ask me to do. They will be writing all this down. My doctor will submit it. I will get my MRI.
Let’s get real for a minute. The insurance companies wanted a raise. The way they have done it is by bringing our healthcare to a very slow pace. The longer it takes for us to navigate the system the fewer procedures they pay for. The more comes out of our pocket and not there’s.
ATI is doing their job well. The insurance companies should be held accountable for the pain suffering and death they cause by slowing down our care.

They never even got my doctor referral ? Why?? Called Issaquah office and got diverted to some 800 number somewhere? Going to try Renton office. At least they answer phonecalls there. Doctor will send referral there.

One day I had to wait around 10 minutes because the staff was doing physical therapy to each other.Everytime I go they are distracted by 3 things. Either by their computers, either by personal conversations between staff members, and the most annoying one when they interrupt my therapy to whisper or talk about other patients. The hour I am there, I should be the patient my therapist is focused on. Not on their computer writing notes about other patients or interrupting my therapy to talk about other patient's needs. They can do that after my hour is up but they don't care about my pain or what I'm going through. They also should hire a receptionist and not try to be a receptionist and a therapist at the same time.

ATI Issaquah is amazing! I had dual calf sprains and worked with their team extensively for months. The entirety of our time together, their exceptional team demonstrated a knowledge and passion for their work. Their staff is professional, kind, and provides a personal approach to recovery. I will be recommending them to anyone I know who needs physical therapy in the future.Thank you to the ATI Issaquah team for helping me!
