Overall was a very great experience. Plenty of great arcade games, priced reasonably for the amount of points you get. Variations of inflatables for the kids to jump and run around on and a huge sports field. All very enjoyable. We did not get to try out the laser tag or escape room which we will do our next time. However, the virtual sports stimulator was very disappointing. We got to play one game which was maybe 5 minutes and then when we tried to pick another the game crashed. A employee fixed it, then it crashed another two times. I believe halfway through our session I decided to just leave the stimulator due to the issues. It would be a great thing to have if it’s improved, but as is I wouldn’t do it again.

A bunch of young teenage girls in skin tight (almost see through) yoga pants is definitely not what I consider family. Will make sure all of my friends, family and fellow church goers will avoid such a debaucherous place. Not something I want my daughter seeing, thinking this is how young ladies should dress or act. Also a perfect place for kidnapping, almost impossible to keep an eye on your child the way the set up is. Will never go back.

My kids love this place! Lots of activities. Kids soccer is amazing. Good food and drinks as well.

We love coming here more than the other locations. Staff are super friendly and helpful! Games are different which is nice when you visit other locations.

Staff could be more informative about how the arcade system works, what other games are available. When trying to buy entrance for lasertag we were pointed to the wall for pricing But did not get the schedules until we asked. We're told it will be a 30 min game. Timed it out as 15 minutes.

The food was overpriced and subpar. The server seemed upset when I asked about one of the two full size salads we ordered being half the size of the other.

Disappointing experience at School’s Out Camp -We’ve been long-time customers as we try out different soccer classes and play with inflatables.For this Spring Break, I enrolled both kids for the soccer camp two weeks ago. In the web portal, a $15 of multi-day discount was automatically applied for my first so I called to ask if they can look into whether the same can be applied to the second kid.Fast forward to today when I dropped them off with excitement, I was shocked to learn their registration was cancelled and refunded in entirety (without my knowledge). If it was a miscommunication due to note taking, I should’ve been informed beforehand. The staff was adamant that the discount was an error and will not honor such in re-enrollment. Shocked to see there is no empathy to the situation due to internal error and the poor $15 became such a sticking point. Will not come back for camp in future.

Super disappointed with the service today. Came out on a weekday to just get out of the house and have a bit of fun with the family. First thing we did is come up to the front desk and ask if they had any weekday specials for arcade and got a no. Got both my kids arcade cards and a pizza for the family. Only by going to the bathroom discovered that they do have a special when you order a pizza and get an arcade card. If I knew about it would have saved me $25 per kid. The special is only on a the rotating screen and in the bathroom and apparently the front desk employees dont know about it and when they do, dont want to honor it. Frustrating.
