*UPDATE* I HAVE NOT BEEN BACK SINCE MY LAST REVIEW 4 MONTHS AGO- I was forced to come here tonight, 11-21-2023 around 8:30pm. I WAS SHOCKED WHEN I SAW THE CONDITION OF THE STORE. They have made some great changes in the right direction. The store was clean, well organized, smelled clean, and was greeted by a friendly "good evening, how's your night going so far" by a gal named Pepper who was in one of the isles stocking items. Pepper was helpful, kind and I had a nice interaction with her. I usually spend about a $1000 a week on gas and am going to bring my business back her after my experience and what I saw. Even the parking lot was clean. Good job AMPM!ORIGINAL POST:This place is a wreck. It's dirty, fountain drink station is out of order, lots of empty shelves, dirty bathroom. Have noticed over the last few weeks the "Now Hiring" sign has gone from $20 an hour to start to $18.50 to start. These guys need to make up their minds! Debrah, a arco employee, talked to me in such a way that I was in shock-I've never been talked down to like that before! New guy tonight (missing, dirty teeth, smelled, from burien store, has no car and being put up in a motel for a few days by arco) was higher than a kite and working doubles. If Tony thinks he can just "write off" this store on his taxes, he's got a rude awakening coming. I'm contacting the health department, L&I, IRS tax fraud hotline and arcos insurance company. The loss should come right out of the owners pocket and nobody else's. THIS IS THE EASTSIDE-NOT THE GETTO!!!!

This is the WORST place to stop for anything! I live near by and this place puts up a "back in 10" sign up and leaves it literally for over an hour at a time. This is several times a week. Deffinantly a spot to avoid.

My lead favorite place to get gas. Place is a dump usually outside and I side. Most of the time there's a few people behind the counter but only the one register going. They act like we're interupting their conversation to pay for gas. Last resort only

I hate this store!!!! Rude woman working cares more about her phone than anything else just shrugs her shoulders and tells me the restroom is closed. If the store is open so should the restrooms. Said she dont have keys to the restroom. Thats a lie.. She just didnt want to let people use it and Its B.S.!!!!! Go to Jacksons acrossed the street. They will give you REAL customer service!

Stopped here to get a refill of coffee. The coffee was great but the lady at the counter was not friendly at all. I think it's important to treat people with respect.

Arco is a gas station chain that usually has lower costing fuel and a convenience store as well. This location has a few pumps but is right next to the entrance of I-90 so it can get busy and is only accessible from one side of the road. Inside is your normal store, but their staff takes a lot of breaks and locks the inside up while they do so. I've had this happen to me 4 or 5 times now, at different times of the day, so its made it a normal occurrence that stops me from going here any longer and instead go to the other gas stations across the street.
