She provided excellent customer service, genuinely listened to my concerns, and worked to find the right apartment home based on my needs. She was also very hospitable, offering complimentary beverages and coffee, which made the experience even more welcoming.”

“I live in the Lauren Heights Apartments complex and couldn’t be happier! The apartments are spacious and bright, providing a comfortable living space. The grounds are always well-maintained, with plenty of greenery that makes it enjoyable to walk around. The parking is convenient, and having a gym right next to my home is a huge plus. I especially appreciate the efficient management team—they are responsive and ensure everything runs smoothly. The complex feels safe, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming and peaceful. I’m so glad I chose this place to call home!”

“I am living here from 7 months. I saw lot of apartments and reviews are horrible for all, including this one. I was puzzled.
Later I decided to take here, 1.Apt is big, including washer & Dryer (front loading), Aisle kitchen, spacious. 2.No extra charges for parking 2 cars. 3. Indoor pool, Jacuzzi, Gym etc.4.Safe neighborhood 5.Outstanding views, several walking trails within 3min walking.
Coming to maintenance requests, I did not have any expectations as i read several complaints. I raised 9 requests in the last 7 months, every one of them are addressed right away, one of them was washer was making loud noise, they replaced it with a Brand new one in 4 days, i was beyond happy.
I never had any problem finding parking, as it seems to be the issue in most apartments i saw, I am mentioning it explicitly.
Leasing staff are courteous, responsive, they always responded to my requests and resolved them. I did not mind the wait time of 1-3 days, in some cases.
I wanted to write this review, in case anyone like me is looking for reliable reviews.
I am giving 4 stars, because I do not read or believe 5 star reviews.”
