Liked the staff but the doctor gave incorrect doses of antibiotics to my two kids. And I had to call back and question them as even I could see that the dose was not right.

Allegro has given good care to both my kiddos since they were newborns. We have been with them through a name change and re-location. Still love our pediatrician and the other doctors in the group that have filled in when we needed urgent care.

unreasonable extra chargesI took my baby went for his routine wellbaby check up. When doc asked about our concern, we told her he might have allergy to nuts. Doc didn't do anything but asked us to call some allergy clinic. Because we had this conversation, they put extra charge on us, as the billing person says: "you can't discuss any concern during your wellbaby checkup, otherwise it would be considered medical visit and you will have to pay for the office visit" It's my first time to know that we can't discuss anything with the doc during wellbaby check up, how hilarious is that.What's worse is the billing person threatened when I complained about the charge, if you don't pay, it will go to collection. Ok, you never told us it was not a routine checkup when we visit and now it is our fault.

Been taking my son here from newborn to 2 years old. I've had many problems over that two year time. Finally decided to find to another pediatrician. Issues we experienced:1. Very difficult to get an appointment. They said they would get us a profile but that never happened. Don't bother scheduling next appointment on phone bc it takes hours. Had to schedule it at the desk after my appointment after I would have to ask when I should be coming in next to the doctor each time. Desk wouldn't know when I needed an appointment next either.2. Extra charges for no reason. We asked billing when extra charges were on here. Once it was a weight discussion we had with the doc and we had agreed he's weight looked fine. It was a two second question to me and for some reason we were charged bc it was called a weight examination or something. We got our money back after messaging the doctor. Other times it was a nurse coming in saying "oh lets do an eye test real fast, it's just routine" but then it ends up being an extra charge for no reason. I learned I always have to ask "is this covered by insurance?" as too often they are trying to push random extra stuff that is unnecessary. I would also advise parents to keep track of shots they are giving your child and when they should get those shots. You basically have to manage them.3. They never assigned us to a regular doctor. Every time we went we had a different doctor until I got tired of it and requested a specific doctor each time I scheduled at the desk.The staff is friendly and the doctors and nurses are very nice but I would still highly caution parents that decide to go here to take matters into their own hands, to manage them, keep track of your child's shots and schedule and be cautious of the casual "recommendations" and "health discussions" that are not part of a routine check up covered by insurance that will come back as extra money out of your pocket.

We love this office and the doctors/nurses that work there! Doctor Lexi Abel is great and genuinely cares for the health of my baby. All the nurses have treated us well with compassion and are very quick with shots- which we immensely appreciate.Cannot recommend this place more!

Had a great experience during an urgent care appointment. This isn't our usual location but was easy to find with plenty of parking. All the staff were wonderful, especially our doctor and the front desk receptionist.

Overall, we had a very good experience here. We saw Dr. Landesberg, who did a good job of answering our questions and providing information. And, his Medical Assistant, Dee(sp?) was fantastic! The only negative is that they were still requiring us to wait in the car until we received a text to come in. I guess I get that since they don’t want any sick people sitting in the lobby with babies or vulnerable children.

Their customer service, appointment desk, and the ability to talk to customer service is really the worst. This was not the case couple of years back, when one can easily reach someone to schedule or change an appointment. Their phone system is the worst.

Our last experience (Feb 20th) was very poor. Dr. Ryan was supposed to do 2 year old wellness check and she didn't check most of the things the nurse told will be checked at such an appointment. She came in around 40 mins late to the appointment and stayed for a grand total of few minutes and couldn't wait to rush out of our appointment. Not even an attempt to answer our questions at any level of detail. No eye to details that would jump out to anyone who can just read plain English and interpret numbers. We will be filing a complaint with insurance provider so the clinic doesn't get paid for the services they never performed and will be looking at other alternatives for pediatric providers. This clinic used to be good but has now just become a place for poor services and scams.

The doctors are great. But the management system, including phone, web portal, is extremely difficult to use. The current wait time is long, too. It could take 7 days to refill a medication??? We tried to call the office since the pharmacy we use couldn't get a refill for a week. The only option is to leave a message and get a call back. For any parent with a normal job, we cannot just sit there all day waiting for a call. If we miss it, then we have to start over again. When I tried to use the portal, I got the message that the system got upgraded and our account access is revoked. It is just extremely frustrating to try to get anything done

Love this place. Our first has gone here since their second appt ever, we tried UW medicine first and was really not impressed. The level of care our baby gets here is fantastic.
