Very nice staff member helped me with my very picky dog. Made suggestions, discussed feeding amounts, and seemed very knowledgeable. Nice person and made shopping easy. Clean and well stocked.

Quality of products is great. But customer service is lacking. Employees seem annoyed indifferent and not knowledgeable about products if you have a question. I would say it's a good store for products but as unfriendly as any retail business I've patronized. Especially with high end prices the service should be commensurate when customers come in to the store and have questions. You will more than likely be ignored when you walk in.

Great variety, got pretty much everything you need. And most importantly, the staff always seem happy and helpful, and love to pet and give treats to my dogs when I bring them in. They love it in there (which is especially telling since our one dog hates Petco ?).

I now do 90% of my pet shopping here because of their recycling program and commitment to redesigning their packaging. Now my trash bin is near empty at the end of the week compared to before because traditional pet food bags can't be recycled. I just wish your signage was more prominent to help customers identify the recyclable packaged products more easily and be more aware of your program. Great innovation and greatly needed!!

I really like that they have on-site teeth cleaning without sedation. This was really helpful for my dogs with medical conditions who can't be put under anesthesia. :)

This place is absolutely the place to go for pet items. I only shop here unless I have to go somewhere else. They are so kind and love you give advice. They are also super generous with samples. All their products are high quality so I never have to worry about giving my kitties the premium goods they deserve.

I think it was Jamie who helped my girlfriend and I with tons of recommendations and education for our new pup. I cannot express how patient kind and smart she was! Made me as a new pet owner feel so welcome and in the right place. Great selection. Great store. Great staff. Loved it through and through. 11/10!

Staff are very kind, could be a bit more knowledgeable but I do have very high expectations.Great selection of raw food and litter. Cat toys are overpriced. I'd like to see better sale prices on canned food to be competitive with Petco.
