I went to the Ilwaco pharmacy on Thursday 7/14/2023 @ 11:50am. The Pharmacy was empty except for a front counter person and 2 pharmacists. I had a prescription for a small bottle of an antibiotic for the eye. They told me it was just about lunchtime, but they would fill the prescription. For the 5 plus minutes the two pharmacists talked about filling it or going to lunch. Then they called me to the counter and said they couldn't fill the prescription until after lunch. I took my prescription request form and left. I did not have the time to wait.

Excellent Pharmacy with all sorts of medications and medical equipment even including footwear. My mother needed a lift chair and we went to try them out. The staff was wonderful. We were 2nd in line waiting for the expert to help us and while she was helping someone else the other staff Cashier and a man stock clerk would come by and speak with us ....very attentive to my aged mother. They all made us feel very good ....their customer service is excellent and my mother loved talking to everyone.The expert who handles all the medical equipment helped us with questions regarding the procedure to see if Medicare could pay for the chair. She printed out all the criteria and sent over a message to my mothers Dr. to let her know we would be making an appointment to get evaluated for the lift chair and prescription. If my mother qualifies they will send all the paperwork into Medicare so that we can get a reduced price. She made this process so easy and seamless.Wonderful experience at Ilwaco Pharmacy ...small town Pharmacy with great customer service ....they made us feel like family!

3/3/22I was pleasantly surprised at the friendliness of the employees that I interacted with at the Ilwaco Pharmacy. My retired friend suffered an accident and I had to go gather her prescriptions and medical supplies. The staff made the process very easy for this out-of-town’er. I was impressed with the amount of supplies that they had on hand including shower chairs and walkers and canes. I wished I had not already ordered these items online because I would have much preferred to purchase them from the Ilwaco Pharmacy.When employees are courteous, it makes me feel happy to spend money where they work. It’s simple.The pharmacy is small but it’s packed full of the pertinent supplies. It made it easy for me to gather everything I’d need to help my friend bathe, walk and feel better.I’ve had nothing but good interactions with the people of Ilwaco. I prefer to do as much business as possible there.Despite being a small pharmacy in a small town, prescriptions are filled quickly and efficiently.Hopefully my friend will be more careful on ladders from now on but if she has another accident, I will know exactly where to go for supplies!

I didn't feel as though my medication for copd was taken seriously. I ask them to transfer an inhaler,which the pharmacy couldn't get through so I was told to get the fax number where I needed my script filled. I did this but took a while. I called Ilwaco pharmacy back and told them I had gotten the fax number and was told they had gotten it too but was told at 2pm I couldn't get my script until the next day. I said,I'm having trouble breathing and the pharmacy reply was,sorry nothing we can do!! I think that was false ?. Will never use them wish I could of gave them Zero stars..

If you value your money don't bother coming here. They don't take Good RX. They use the excuse that they get charged and their charge was comparable. Not true. They say, GRx uses your information which is incorrect because as anyone knows, you don't need to input any information to see price differences. Their fee was more. Would not price match. Rude and uncaring pharmacy staff.

Excellent service.I needed a flu shot during the COVID and the guy who answered the phone told me the best time to come in for a walk in shop.I did what he told me to and got right in.The staff was super friendly and I literally did not feel the shot, which is a first for me.
