My wife and I just became residents of Ocean Park and stopped by Don's gallery to find some local art to decorate our new place. Don was warm and inviting in welcoming us to the peninsula. He signed the print that we purchased and shared with us a wonderful take on art, and it's meaning to us as people throughout history. We will be wanting to decorate more with this talented gentleman.

We almost always make a detour to Illwaco when in the area to visit, catch up on his latest waitlist and hopefully get to see his latest piece in process! We have most of our Wallspace covered in Don and other Southwest Washington Coadt local artists! It’s our happy place and Don as a person and in his work creates, celebrates and shows us all what a truly beautiful place it is, both is humorous images of seagulls and Crab roasting marshmallows on a beach fire to exquisitely crafted images of the wildlife, the scenic area, detailed maps and relics and life in a beach community! And if it’s a Saturday in the summer the boardwalk farmers market may be going on or on the first a Thursday I think (ask Don) there is an art walk

Enchanting place with so many options for shopping and gifts. Amazing artwork, I did not expect to find the artist in the shop when I entered. Super nice, very accommodating, a true member of the community. I stop by every time I’m at the docks.

A trip to the Long Beach Peninsula would be incomplete without a visit to Don Nisbett's exceptional art gallery in Ilwaco, Washington. As soon as I step foot inside, I find myself immersed in a world of creativity and imagination, where every corner reveals another stunning piece of artwork or innovative installation that defies explanation. A definite must see when visiting Ilwaco!

I have admired Dons art for some time now and when I went into his gallery I was not disappointed . The artist himself painting as you shop. I was in awe. I stopped to ask him to sign a special piece I had picked out and we chatted about an hour it seemed . We are truly blessed to have a local artist like Don Nisbett and his gallery so close .
