Web site said store hours were open until 9p.m. ... new hours are now 8p.m., same as Pharmacy. Pharmacy guy was abrupt (maybe a long day for him) ... I wondered if it was because I was filling a pain med. Not everyone is misusing pain meds ... Some of us have Cancer or other Very real painful issues.

Not worth it. They take FOREVER! Dr sends it to them, wait 2 days, call to check and no one answers, check website and app, nothing shows up. Go to pharmacy, get told 45 minutes. Come back an hour later. They just need 15 more minutes. 2+ hours later, maybe it's ready, Maybe not. This is typical. They are also randomly closedfrom staffing issues so don't just show up.

Don't go to this pharmacy! They are too slow! They don't start filling until you show up then they need 30 minutes, and another 45, and you'll be lucky to get out of there in 2 hours. This is the norm with them.

Had 3 prescriptions called in yesterday. Today I sat for 2 hours, and waited inside the store. It took 3 trips to the window, and 2 hours of \\\"another 20 minutes\\\" before I finally walked out. 1 man came in for a tetnis shot, with no prescription, and was handled before I was. A half dozen other walk-ins were handled before me.\\nThe male pharmacist checked his cell phone 9 times while I waited. WHAT THE FUDGE!?! I don't think it's a good idea to be checking your facebook or email while you are doing something as life threatening as filling a dangerous prescription!\\nThese workers are not understaffed, they are under-managed. Security cameras and regular audits could eliminate the possibility of a very deadly consequence, and stop mis-use of company time.\\nWhat a joke! I am switching my pharmacy immediately, and calling 1-800-rite-aid so I can ask them to review this guys behavior before he kills someone.

What has happened to the Hoquiam Rite Aid Pharmacy? They used to be efficient, quick, and accurate. The last prescription I wanted filled took me three tries. I phoned it in using the automated phone line. A day later I called to see if it was ready. I was told by an actual employee (not automated) that it was in. When I went in to get it I was told that it was not ready. I waited two days and went in again. That time I was told that too much time had elapsed and it was put back on the shelf! Third time was the charm. I finally got my prescription. What has happened? This pharmacy used to be really good!

Waited in line at the drive up pharmacy for 15 minutes. Went into lane 2. Was told they only do pickup at lane 1. There is no sign telling me that. Who goes to the pharmacy to drop off anyways. They even have the tube to send and receive like at the bank. Now I have to go through the line twice. Will never come back here.

If you use this pharmacy, switch! If you don't, don't start! It's all bad at present time... hour waiting in line( store is now closed) after coming in earlier to be told that perscriptuons dropped off way early in day weren't ready. This is second trip intoday for them and still not ready and they don't even have one of the perscriptions available.

I went to the doctor today and got some medicine called into be filled and was told it’s not ready yet mind you it’s been two hours because I drove back from being seen in Olympia. I get to window to find out that it’s still in processing it hasn’t even been started yet apparently you have to call and check in with them like they are a dr office to medication filled around these parts. I asked this rude pharmacist how long is it going to be another two hours and he’s like yeah and I’m going to lunch right now so maybe longer. When I asked him for his name and the Corporate number he looked at me and smiled and said you can look it up. I wish there was other big name pharmacy around this little town like CVS or Walgreens bc I wouldn’t think twice about leaving this pharmacy. I believe the lady up front when asked what his name was since he didn’t give it to me was Q floating Pharmacist from another store. Probably why you don’t have store that wasn’t you full time. I hear they are closing 236 stores maybe they should make it 237 and let it be the Hoquiam one.
